Gyna is a fertility nutrition program for women and couples trying to conceive. Most people find us a few months in, or a few years. You've got the tracking app, the prenatal, and a browser history of advice that contradicts itself. What you don't have is one place where food, supplements and everyday exposures are put together and explained. That's the program. Self-paced lessons in an app, on a subscription, with meal plans and recipes so the material is easier to actually use. You work through it one idea at a time. Most of what we ask is that you add things, not cut them. Trying to conceive is stressful enough without a program that wants you to overhaul your life in week one.

Still waiting for a refund
I started reading and found it helpful, but had to cancel due to the life emergency. However I got charged two more times and they have never refunded it. I am still waiting. It is very difficult to hear back from them. It really made me wonder about how trustworthy they are.

Olga, this is now sorted: both of the subscriptions that were still billing you have been cancelled, and both charges have been refunded in full — you should see the money back within 5–10 business days. I'm sorry it took a public review to get there; being charged after you'd cancelled, while dealing with an emergency, isn't a fair outcome whatever our terms say. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Experienced an issue with billing. Contacted them directly via email. Received a response within a few hours and the issue was resolved promptly. Email follow-ups were shared on time and the company ensured the feedback provided to them would be communicated to the right parties. Overall issue was handled in a very satisfactory manner.

Even though I didn't continue with the program, I could see it was loaded with information and the meal plans would have been great.
What really stood out was the personable customer service that was genuine and caring.

Hidden subscriptions without the possibility to cancel them before being charged
Update : Gyna reconsider my request and refunded me for the second subscription i didn't knew about it.
I signed up for the trial period of Gyna. I cancelled the subscription on 2 august however I was charged today of 79$. On 2 august there was only a button for cancelling, after being charged today I discovered there is another cancel button available. I reached out to support customers to receive the answer that in fact there were 2 subscriptions one for the fertility course and a second one for the meal plan. Nowhere when I signed up was specified that we are speaking about 2 subscriptions of 79$ and not one as I thought. Also I didn't have the option to cancel 2 subscriptions , but just one. The cancel button number two was available just today after being charged of 79$. The support customers replied that they can't refund me. I am very disappointed of Gyna . Woman that are trying to improve the quality of there eggs don't need bullshit like this. This company is taking advantage of women that are already in a difficult situation. Very unprofessional , I don't recommend at all.

Confirming where this landed: your $79.00 Premium Meal Plan charge has been refunded in full, and both of your Gyna subscriptions are cancelled. Nothing further will be billed.
To answer the question properly for anyone reading: Gyna offers two separate products — the Gyna Fertility Course and the Gyna Premium Meal Plan. If you take both at signup they are billed as two subscriptions, and each is cancelled separately. You can cancel either or both at any time at gyna.co/billing under Manage Subscription, and it takes effect immediately with no further charges. You can also email Emilia@gyna.co and we'll cancel them for you and confirm in writing.
If anything is still outstanding, reply here or write to me directly.
