Overall, Gymplus offers great value for money and solid service. Pricing is competitive, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations for the cost.
Delivery was fast and smooth, with no issues from order to arrival. That part was handled well.
Customer service was responsive and easy to deal with, which matters. That said, their product knowledge wasn’t completely accurate. In my case, it didn’t end up being an issue because the item still suited my needs and performed as expected. Given the price point and the final outcome, it’s hard to complain.
Bottom line: good quality, fast delivery, and decent support. Minor gaps in product knowledge, but the value and end result make it worth it.

I have brought several items from Gym plus over the past 3 or so years ranging from Racks, Benches and barbells and the service has been seemless. Items are processed effectively and delivered quickly about 4 or 5 days. Some items have come defective but the customer service is quick to resolve and find resolution. I have referred friends to gym plus.

I have bought about 5-6 Gymplus machines and every single one of them has been an invaluable purchase!!

Setting up was simple and easy with instructions. Most machines took within about an hour to set up and begin using, depending on their complexity.

The qaulity of the machines is excellent and I can definitely see myself ordering more from Gym Plus. I would also be reccomending Gym Plus to anyone starting up a home gym of their own!

Despite their website saying they had the item
Despite 2 phones asking is the item in stock and being told yes, was pick up now ok and being told yes.

Turns out they did not have item in stock

Wasted my time. I drove a round trip of 50kms for nothing.

Spent over $400 in 2 items , one of them didn’t fit my rack I had as they are an online retailer I can’t tell this is the case till I receive .

Being an online retailer didn’t see an issue to return as it doesn’t fit , if I could go in store and see it would be an issue .

As an online retailer should realise this will be an issue they need to address with there returns policy .

When asked to send the 1 of 2 items purchased for $119 they wanted me to pay for return shipping ( didn’t mind ) but then they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee $23.50 ) then they also wanted to take the shipping they paid when sending it to me initially which is more then also quoted on their website ) $29.99 so to return an item that isn’t fit for purpose I then would get $45 refund taking into contention also sending it back to them .

They say they shouldn’t have to ABSORB the shipping fee but I still got a $300 bench that I am not returning so if you return 1 item of how ever many you buy they will ask for the total shipping back .

Shop at another online retailer that gives you piece of mind of returns there are plenty others out there !!!!!!
