Soy usuario desde 2021 de su aplicación RUAVIK y tengo.
"Desde el 15 de agosto de 2025, la plataforma Ruhavik ha dejado de actualizar la posición de mi vehículo, quedando "congelada" en esa fecha. A pesar de tener una suscripción Premium Basic activa y pagada, el sistema marca erróneamente mi tarifa como 'Free' en los ajustes de unidad.

Lo más grave es la total indefensión del usuario:

Soporte deshabilitado: Los correos de ayuda (support e info) no responden.

Foro inactivo: No hay actividad desde 2024 y el sistema de recuperación de contraseñas no envía correos, impidiendo cualquier comunicación.

Verificación técnica: He confirmado que el problema no es del hardware. Mi rastreador GPS responde correctamente a todos los comandos SMS; el fallo es exclusivamente de la recepción y procesamiento de datos en los servidores de Ruhavik.

Exijo la regularización de mi tarifa y la restauración del servicio por el que he pagado. Es inaceptable que una plataforma de pago bloquee todos sus canales de reclamación."

I have started working here just recently, but already have few words to say.
After working at abusive place for 2 years - Gurtam feels like heaven on Earth.. but let's be short and constructive.
Proc:
- competitive salary (at least for my position, idk about other vacancies)
- 20 days vacation + 10 sick leaves with a note + 5 sick leaves without a note + compensatory days off (like wedding etc)
- everyday lunch coupon
- lots of healthy and tasty food at the kitchen
- nice and spacious office + free parking lot
- opportunity to grow (know people moved from department to department, or from Support to Dev)
- interesting product (for me it is a big plus cause it is so great when you can endlessly learn smth)
- cool people to work with (at least my team is the best I have ever had.. finally lost this fear to bring dev a bug)
- lots of events and team-buildings

Cons:
Cons are not that crucial but:
- learning opportunities (you need to prove that you need some kind of course and only then it will be compensated)
- almost all positions are onsite

Before working at Gurtam, I had never even heard of this company. However, now I will tell everyone what a great company it is!

I started working here on July 1, 2024. The first thing that caught my eye was the large and modern office in Vilnius, which is also the headquarters, as well as how well and comfortably I was accepted into the team of developers.

This is a great place to prove yourself. Here they listen to you, notice your initiative, provide all the necessary conditions for work and the most modern equipment. (Lunches, by the way, are free). Working here, I managed to catch several corporate events and more than one themed breakfast.

I will repeat once again that if you come to work at Gurtam, you will be appreciated both as an employee and as a person.

And of course, they pay well here. How could it be otherwise.
