I am doing a second round of the Gupta Program for Long Covid. I have improved in terms of my nervous system regulation and, in particular, my state of mind. It has helped me generate faith and trust in my recovery. In terms of program elements, the daily meditations led by Gupta coaches are stunningly loving and are followed by coach-led retraining with Ashok's unique 7 step amygdala retraining program. A buddy system, small group and 1-on-1 coaching, a Facebook community, laughter workshops, an App for easy navigation of all elements, a workbook and Ashok's loving, encouraging and informative webinars...well, EVERYTHING about this program says "WE ARE GOING TO GET YOU WELL AND BRING YOU TO HEALTH AND HAPPINESS." Join the program. It will change you in ways you don't expect and those you seek.

This program helped me so much with getting better. Everybody is really nice and competent and there are so many things to learn. I absolutely recommend it to everyone who is willing to change and heal. I am beyond grateful.

The Gupta Program has helped me handle my anxiety in a more profound way than ordinary therapy (and all the other healing modalities I've tried in the last ten years) has. I've tried other neuroplasticity-based programs (such as DNRS) but I found that the tools and the generous and continuous support given by the Gupta team is just outstanding. The recent research studies of the Gupta program tools are reassuring as well. I never write reviews but really do wish for people who would benefit from the program to give it a try!

This revolutionary brain retraining programme should be a necessary part of all wholistic wellbeing programmes. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs more than just medications or a stand alone modality that isn't getting the results desired.

The program is so helpful and much better priced than many other programs. Love that it offers a refund if it doesn’t help so it’s low risk.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute scam of a product/business.

Firstly, this business claims to help those in need but after buying the Gupta Program you then have to pay for private tutoring costing $100's.

Then when I issued my return and requested a refund I had to pay over $80.00 to return the items which they now state have not been delivered.

I have launched an investigation with Australia Post who said that the return was made to the Gupta Returns Department on the 28th of July 2023, it's now the 20th of October and I have emailed multiple times with customer service who are still saying the package hasn't been received. This is a lie.

Do not go to this company, do not buy their product. Not only does it costs a small fortune but they promises big things (healing) for people with real issues/trauma but they just take advantage.

I signed up for a subscription and didn't like the general app layout, the music at the start of the videos or the guided meditations. The website promises a moneyback guarantee, but there seems to be no way to actually get this. Just an auto reply email system. Despite the assertions about being constantly supported, my request to join the Facebook group is still pending a few days in. This group is an integral component of the program and yet you're left in limbo. I understand that sometimes companies are overwhelmed and have limited administrative resources, but I get the sense that there is little to no support. The whole scheme is run on auto pilot. Beyond an automated "we aim to respond with 2 working days" emails, I've heard nothing back. Are refunds even possible? It's still early days and am hoping to hear from support soon. Being allowed in the Facebook group would be a good start. I hope to be able to upgrade this review soon, but am very disappointed at this stage.

I have only done the trial and have found it to be exactly what I need. It's so wonderfully thought out and is just so beautifully and thoughtfully presented.

There is just one problem holding me back from signing up for the whole program though....I find the music very depressing. My son says the same about it and I asked a friend who has the same response. I wouldn't be surprised if it put many others off.

Since music is an important trigger for emotions, I wonder if the music can be changed please?

Gupta program helped me to recover from Long Covid / ME/CFS. I went from not being able to walk, eat, talk, listen music to living completely normal.

Gupta program has amazing knowledge about brain retraining and amazing tools to help you incorporate the program.

I also worked with Gupta coach and the coach helped me to accelerate my healing.

The people in Gupta program are extremely compassionate and kind.

I am very grateful that I found Gupta program and I am recommending it with my whole heart.

Based on good theories, but performed in a way that has serious issues. Some of the exercises brought up trauma in a really unhelpful way, and I know I’m not alone with that experience. The company didn’t handle my feedback in a respectful manner (apart from telling me to pay for an expensive coach).
Ashok is an economist, not a doctor or therapist. If you can afford it, work with a licensed health care professional instead of paying for this. These days there are many options to work with mind-body-issues.
I really did my best following the program, and now I’m happy that I can move on and do things that actually feel safe and helpful (and feel less like being in a cult 😄)

They advertise “money back guarantee”. They make you retroactively pay for the initial shipping to you during the refund process and you have to pay for the shipping back to them! This is $80 in shipping so they can repurpose the materials to other customers. What a joke.

Total misleading advertising. Support is no help.

Way to expencive. Especially considering the target group of the program, who may not be working fulltime due to their conditions. You will also have to commit for a whole year instead of paying a monthly fee and be able to cancel the program at will. Looks like you are exploting vonarble people with this program.

It have been finding this programme amazing, and started to see real progress, unfortunately I am expected to pay for the entire programme twice now that it is updating, me and many of us will have to stop using it as we cannot afford another $300+ to pay for the programme again. Such a shame they dont offer discounts to those of us who have already paid.

Make sure you read the fine print...this program costs hundreds of dollars and they have an automatic renewal without notifying customers until after the money is paid for the second year renewal. I do not know about you, but I did not take note of the date I signed up for this the year before. Many people are sick and struggling and yet, they do not even offer the courtesy of letting people know they are going to be charged for a second year. As part of the requirement for receiving my refund, I had to return a paper spiral bound small manual and it cost me $47 to send it to the United Kingdom and then they are charging me $40. for the initial shipping when I first received it - even though again, I paid hundreds of dollars for this program. So,now I am paying $87. for a paper manual that I do not even have. Everything has to be returned before any refund is given and it all has to go through the Postal Service, Customs and the Gupta warehouse -which could take a very long time and hopefully, doesn't get lost along the way. They are keeping hundreds of dollars when they know I no longer want this program. I agree with the other customer who used the word "shady practices". I have NEVER heard of these requirements in any program and I would highly recommend Dr. Joe Dispenza's programs - they are very in-depth, well explained scientifically and very successful. It costs a lot less and nothing is asked to be returned.

This program has been very helpful for me to stay positive and hopeful in my recovery from chronic illness. I appreciate how much content is available and the different ways that you can connect with the Gupta program community. I think the cost is reasonable to join, which I appreciated.

This program has been an eye opener for me, as far as how chronic illness and past trauma are linked. I always knew, that if I was not healthy emotionally and mentally; I would never be fully equipped to heal physically. These courses/webinars really have been such a blessing to me on my road to recovery. It has also really re-enforced and grounded my faith even more in God, and His truth on the matter for healing and that my true identity is in Him. Our thoughts really are a reflection of who we think we are... "as a man thinks in his heart so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

I used the Gupta program for most of 2022, to deal with chronic gut issues: IBS, food sensitivities, and recurrent GI parasites, along with the anxiety that tends to accompany chronic illness. When I began the program, I'd had these issues for around 10 years, and had seen many conventional and alternative practitioners; I would improve a bit with their treatments, but always relapsed.
Within 2-3 months of beginning Gupta, most of my food sensitivities had calmed down greatly, and I was able to begin eating a wider variety of foods. The anxiety took longer, but with patience that too has resolved. I can now eat EVERYTHING. For me, the greatest gift of Gupta is the program's direction toward self-love and self-kindness. This approach has changed my life, from the inside out.
Prior to signing up for Gupta, I worked with another self-directed neuroplasticity/retraining program, which brought some improvement, but left me on a plateau far from my goal of wellness after 14 months of daily practice. I found Gupta to be well-structured, easy to follow, and very forgiving -- one of his main mottos is "Do your best, and leave the rest!"

The Gupta Program saved my life. I came from a mother with Dissociative Identity Disorder and a father with Borderline personality and alcoholism. After 50 years (50 YEARS!) of very excellent psychotherapy, I had healed my PTSD to the point that I was more able to function, but I felt like I’d hit a brick wall, a limitation, in relating to the world and in friendships that I just couldn’t progress through in therapy. Also, my overcharged primitive brain structures had landed me with MCAS, MCS, Food and Mold Intolerance, and IBS. Then I had a “catastrophic” accident and acquired a lot of nerve damage. That was the final thing that pushed me towards the GP. I have been retraining for 2.5 years now, and my PTSD is 75% HEALED. I’m able to have friendships, I have a huge capacity for joy and love, my work as an artist has EXPLODED. My husband is relieved. I know that with all these issues, my retraining journey will be quite involved. But I am ON a journey now. My only criticism of the GP so far is that there’s not a lot of support for people who have been unwell for decades and will need to retrain for longer than a year. But I have come to know this: your PTSD is NOT too severe. Your MCAS and MCS are NOT intractable. You have NOT been unwell for too long. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUFFER. Come to the GP. Come home.

The program is one anyone with a chronic condition can benefit from. the ability to retrain the brain is life changing.
