As you can see by the Gunzone response they don’t care, even a little. That was their attitude right from the start. Any reputable company will want to figure out what went wrong and try to fix it. I have them plenty of opportunity to do so before posting a negative review. Here is the description from their website for the fun I bought, which Andrew sent me the link so he could prove he was right. In fact, he proved he was wrong. Anyone can go to Foxtrot Alpha and read their description of the polished finish. It is very nice. Here is Gunzone’s description of the gun’s finish.
Materials: The AF1911-ROMULUS features a SUS416 stainless steel slide and frame, enhanced with a polished black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish, providing exceptional resistance to wear, corrosion, and abrasion.
It contains the word polished. I think the Attorney General should investigate their business because it seems like bait and switch.
Here is what polished means:
Mirror-like, high-gloss black appearance – noticeably shinier than standard black nitride or matte DLC
• Extremely hard and wear-resistant – DLC is harder than traditional finishes, resisting holster wear and surface scratching
• Low coefficient of friction – smoother cycling, reduced drag on moving parts
• Corrosion and chemical resistance – protects the steel from sweat, moisture, and harsh environments
• Deep, jet-black color that maintains its polish over time rather than dulling quickly
Here is how Andrew, in his email, explained it:
This is the natural appearance of the DLC coating, and it will not appear any shinier unless oil is applied. All images on our website accurately reflect the firearm’s non‑oiled finish.
If you would like to keep the firearm, please let me know before 5pm EST. Otherwise, we will proceed with submitting the RMA and issuing a return label to your FFL.

I ordered an Alpha Foxtrot Romulus with a polished finish. When I went to pick it up at my FFL I found that I had received the satin finish. The FFL tried calling gunzone but no one answered. I tried and received the same result. I hung around for an hour waiting for them to call back. Finally, I left the gun there and went home and emailed and called again. No response. It was a week before I received an email response. They said I received the right gun but if I wanted to return it that there would be a 25% restocking fee. Basically, the was them telling me to “F” off. I responded saying I ordered the polished finish and cc’d my FFL. They responded with a link to the description of the gun I ordered. The description said it was the polished version. So they proved me to be correct but stopped responding. I was dealing with Andrew. Next, I called Alpha Foxtrot. They picked up in the second ring and I explained to Andy what had transpired. I figured they would want to know what one of their distributors was doing. He agreed that it was resiculous and told me to send this in an email. I sent an email to him and copied my FFL and Andrew at gunzone.com. I thought Andy would be helping me now. Instead, his just said that according to the serial number, I received the satin finish. We all knew that already because that is the problem. So, I ended up taking possession obviously, I’m not paying 25% of the purchase price for nothing. Needless to say, I do not recommend gunzone. I received a marketing email from them recently. It had a Walther PDP pistol for sale with a description of having a 16” fluted barrel. They obviously have problems.

I shop around on gun.deals.com and seen pistol that seemed like great deal which was exodus 9mm with two magazines and I placed the order that showed online and even read the description it said two 15 round magazines like shown in picture. I placed order and it for some reason it took days to fulfill order and then I received order weeks later and got with only one magazine. I emailed company and lady was rude saying description shows one magazine and I told her because you took long to fulfill order and she said they don’t go what they advertised on pictures because I sent her pictures what they advertised and she said they go what they put in description not what they advertised. I was expecting her to say w will ship another magazine but she said there’s nothing there going to do about it. I would never buy any firearms for them ever and advise people to be aware and not buy from them

GZD has low prices, and seems like a good thing, however I tried to buy 3 Kimbers for over a week, and got nowhere!
Very poor customer response, they never reply or call back!
They have a website that doesn't work properly.
The prices of the gun went up after it was in my cart.
I sent several emails with no response.
Fortunately, I never got to the payment step (although I tried and tried). Save your aggravation and shop elsewhere!
EDIT:
If GZD responded to sale problems as fast as a bad review, perhaps they wouldn't have bad reviews! I still have no response regarding website problems, and the issues were not credit related, ALL the issued were GZD related problems! All I wanted were some guns!

Update/change to my original review:
Trustpilot asks for detailed reviews. It took them about two weeks to ship me my order. They did not ship the bipod I ordered. They sent a cheaper bipod. The one I received was nice and at a good price, but I already had a similar one. I thought they may have had a pricing mistake since the one I ordered was around 50% of the regular price. I notified them the next day, and emailed them this email: "You shipped me a different ... bipod than the one I ordered. I’ve attached my order and a picture of the bipod I received. How should I return the one I received to you, and when can I expect the one I ordered?" I next sent this email: "If the price was incorrectly listed on your webpage, just let me know. It is obvious that you did not send me the item I thought I was ordering. Someone there knew this. Otherwise, you wouldn't have sent me a product so dissimilar from the one I wanted. I am not trying to rip you off and I understand that mistakes happen. The bipod I want is available at a different store at a decent price, and I will order it from them if you will pay for the return and give me a full refund. I need to know ASAP before they sell out."
After no response, I pulled my offer
They replied:
" There is no restocking fee involved. We're currently awaiting a response from our drop ship distributor. Please know that no one is attempting to mislead you—it's likely a simple UPC or SKU mismatch on their end. You will be refunded for the item if the rest of their inventory is a match to what you received."
I replied that if it was the correct price, then I wanted to be shipped the correct item.
Then they said "our distributor was able to confirm today that the rest of their inventory was mislabeled today.", and they were giving me the refund. I asked if the bipod they didn't have was the one they were still selling on their website. His reply to me was: "As previously explained in detail, please re-review all the emails I’ve sent regarding this matter. We’ve submitted a request for the item to be removed from our distributor’s feed, which typically takes up to 24 hours to process.
We cannot ship inventory that our distributor does not have, and no amount of aggressive behavior or threats will alter that reality.
Please know that continued misconduct may result in a permanent ban from our website."
I re-reviewed them, and then re-re-reviewed them. We exchanged other emails that I've not mentioned here. I want them to post my misconduct and aggressive behavior. They did suspend my account.
GZD's response to my review does not provide any support for their claims. They are untrue. Instead of apologizing for their mistake and thanking me for pointing it out, I am accused of being inappropriate, threatening, and harassing, and they are blaming someone else for their error.
This company is one of the best around. They take very good care of their customers and make sure they get the product on time. Nate, and his team are the best and very knowledgeable and very helpful. IF you ever need any thing take the time to go through the web site and give GZD a shot. I promise you will be glad you did.. Love these guys/Gals

I was looking for a specific variation on a Weatherby Vanguard 22-250 (the "Badlands" edition). Gunbroker.com didn't have it, and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I stumbled upon Gunzonedeals.com and not only did that have it - but it was cheap, and they didn't charge sales tax. The gun came well packed, exactly as described, and the shipping to my FFL was lightning fast. I would recommend this vendor to others.

I bought a couple of guns from GZD... after being a huge customer of Budsgunshop and purchasing a lot of guns for my collection... I decided to give GZD a try... so, I bought three guns from GZD with no problem because there was no need to do anything, the guns were sent to my FFL which was in their database with no issues and payment went well, which I thought I had found a better place to continue with my collection... the real misundestunding came when, latter I saw an offer for a Viridian red dot in GZD and bought it... it was sent to the wrong address and wrong zip code, according to USPS the package came with the wrong information, after some investigation found out was my fault because I put the wrong number and the wrong zip code in GZD website ( Tip: don't buy anything early morning if you don't have enough caffeine in your body) the package was returned and while we were back and for because the misunderstanding, I found out that also was an error in my method of payment, apparently my CC was and old one and I didn't updated. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me the form to update my information. Now seems that everything is running smoothly again, my package is on route, and everything is going as well as the transactions for buying my gun here were. Too bad that soon I will not be able to buy here because my state will require a License to purchase and very likely will ban the purchase of ammo online too. So, before your state becomes another commie like mine, get what you need from these guys. They have the cheapest price online.

I tried to purchase a gun from these guys and used a coupon code from a Youtube video. Look up the iv8888 video Stribog SP9A3G 9mm Carbine. I can't post links in this. They waited 3 days to send me an email saying the item I wanted was no longer in stock. I had already ordered some accessories for the gun, and this was extremely inconvenient. These guys drop ship, and it's a safe assumption they'd forgotten about the coupon code. It likely would have cut into their profit enough to make them lose money. That's not my problem. Rather than honor the coupon or at least attempt to find some alternative, they canceled my order. If they made some attempt at making this right, I'd give them more stars, but they forced the cancellation on me. Oddly enough, if I were to cancel an order, they would charge me a restocking fee. There's a lot of gun sellers on the internet. I would look somewhere else.
P.S.
They also later claimed I tried to defraud them with a fake coupon code. This is a flat out lie. It was the code from the video. It worked. They'll probably respond to this with more lies.

Just spoke with their co-owner Mr. Geimer who explained to me that “he didn’t owe me anything”. With a customer facing individual like this it is obvious were all of the problems originate from.
I deal with difficult people all of the time. I customer who simply wants a questioned answered is not being unreasonable or maybe they are? With all of the other vendors on the Internet I won’t be going back to these guys. Very, very ugly experience.

Order # ending in: 8942 Just ordered from them for the first time despite reading a whole bunch of reviews, a lot of which were not the greatest. Negative reviews about lack of customer support, extremely slow shipping and showing in stock but out of stock items. I am a gun dealer in New York State and order quite frequently from various distributors. Gunzonedeals.com had 2 guns I needed at a real good price so I took a chance. I place an order for over 1500.00 in 2 handguns. Being paranoid after reading the reviews I emailed them twice over the next two days with shipping/inventory concerns. My emails were promptly answered within an hour or two. My firearms were shipped within 5 days and had both handguns in 7 days exactly as described by both GZD.com and Heckler and Koch. Maybe slow shipping by Amazon standards but normal shipping times that I grew up in. I have not one complaint about GZD.com, Flawless, easy transaction. I will be using them again. Thank you.

They're basically legalized "scammers". They charge your card, then ignore you until they can find someone cheaper to drop-ship. If you try to cancel the order, they fight tooth & nail, and eventually charge you a 10% "restocking fee" for a product they never held in the first place. Edit: No, I will not provide my name as used on the order. You have traumatized me enough.

Phone number is just recording telling you to email them. Address is not a real business, they operate online only.
Through email, they give quotes that seem too good to be true. Often, they are. Your $ is taken from your card within seconds of ordering, if/when you receive your merchandise is a different story.
The moment you click purchase, you're out 10 percent of the purchase price no matter what. They tell you this is their policy you agreed to even though no such policy is mentioned when agreeing to the purchase, or when given quotes through email.
Since the majority of customers are sent to their site from wiki arms or other search engines/sites, they are able to make a lot of $ off the 10% clause.
BBB has nothing but horror stories of customers canceling because product doesn't ship weeks later, so they cancel, and the 10% is taken.
Reports of bait and switch tactics are also common. The replies to the complaints on BBB show the demeanor of the owners as well as prove they rely on that 10% fee more than repeat business, as they fight with/talk down to/threaten those who file complaints.
Do yourself a favor and go with someone more reputable and who's phone number works.
