I really enjoy my new Gumbies. Warm and comfy. Will recommend to others. I am sure that they will wear beautifully for years to come!

I got my slippers in a timely fashion. They sent me tracking information etc.they are true to size And toasty warm! It’s nice that they have some sturdy tread underneath on the bottom in case I want to wear them outside at all! No complaints,

My wife loves her gumbies, we’ve ordered several time however our last order she got the wrong color. She ordered gray and got blue

I was extremely disappointed. The sizing was either too big or too small, nothing fit. Correlations to European sizes are completely inaccurate. And no matter how hard I try, I cannot seem to get you to stop asking for a review, so here you.

I inadvertently put in a wrong address and as soon as I realized they were delivered to the wrong address and emailed them I had a refund the next day!

LOVE the Gumbies boots...My sister saw them and I had to get her a pair too!!!!

Flip flops are light, thin, and super grippy sole. Same traction on the slippers. Warm, comfortable, but not making my feet sweat. The rugged soles let you go anywhere. Best footwear I have ever owned. I am a customer for life. Thanks Gumbies.

Great slippers.
Initial size was too small and I exchanged them for a larger size.
The process was easy and quick.
I love my slippers, the are thick with rubber souls.

Love these sandals/flip flops, I have had other Gumbies for years. Very comfortable wear them all the time. That’s why I bought more.

These flip flops are awesome and super comfortable would order again.

Love em. Good solid sole so you can walk outside if necessary, cozy THICK wool and I love the contrast of red and gray. Plus great price and good for the environment?!
Easy choice for a gift going forward.

One note - if you like a looser fit maybe go up a size, I am a 13 and the back lip of the heel juuust catches. However - I expect it to mold to my feet some and so may end up perfecto

I have reached out multiple times to customer service to find out what is going on with my order with zero response.

Prior to purchasing a pair of Gumbies I contacted their customer service. Their initial reply was prompt and extremely helpful. However, I decided that it was wisest to check on one or two relevant matters once again their response was swift and really useful. Immediately after receiving this information I placed an order. The shoes and spare pair of insoles that I purchased were exactly as anticipated and have proved extremely useful. The dispatch and delivery were likewise exactly as I'd hoped.
