“50% off”, i put the discount code on my 5 ralph lauren kilos. Only 2.5 kilos arrived.
They said “the discount code cannot be applied in kilos”. Why did they accept my order in kilos with the discount code? They immediately should have told me it was not possible.
Moreover some items arrived with some holes.
i do not recommend the purchase

Used this company for the first time, and was worried when my items did not arrive after 4 days- turns out I was impatient. I emailed them and got a response very quickly, explaining how they dispatch. My items arrived a couple of days later. Packed really well, and items even better than expected. I definitely recommend this company- quality clothing, very reasonably priced.
Will definitely order again.

Havent received my order no idea where it is been charged emailed them regarding my complaint phoned numerous times no one has bothered get in touch with me i want my money back wont buy from here again very dissapointed

I love Gullygarms. They are now my go-to place for branded clothes on a budget. They are honest and open about any faults with the clothes, and after the number of orders I have made (in a very short amount of time) nothing has put me off going back for more.

2 months and i still havent recived my clothes. at this point i just want my money back, i dont really even want the clothes anymore just tired of wasting my time checking if they delivered it. )= horribel service

I recieved very good quality products, the delivery time was pretty fast. They just need to improve their support because it took them a while to reply thence the 4 star.

Gullygarms ist ein Sacond Hand Shop habe Ware bestellt .. leider hat die Größe nicht gepasst und der Geruch war mehr als eckelhaft .. wie aus einem vermoderten alten feuchten Keller... leider lief es auch mit dem Rück Versand nicht gut da Gullygarms keine Rücksendung aus Deutschland übernimmt was leider bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich ist. Die Rücksendung würde mich 33 Euro kosten was den Wert meiner Bestellung übersteigt. Somit möchte ich Kunden aus Deutschland warnen ... besser nichts zu bestellen..

Lækkert udvalg af sjældne vintage-varer både af kendte mærker såvel som egne. Priserne er super gode, og man får de ting man bestiller, men.. levering til Danmark - på trods af England er så tæt på - tager en evighed! I skal ikke regne med at se jeres varer før 2-3 uger efter I har bestilt, så Gully anbefales ikke til at bruges til at købe tøj der skal benyttes i samme uge. Kundeservice er derimod venlige og hjælpsomme, men det er leveringstiden, der trækker ned fra 4 stjerner. Tøjet bæres på hjemmesiden af modeller med størrelse og højde angivet, hvilket er super! Poseringerne kan dog snyde på billederne for at skjule at noget tøj er for småt eller for stort. Hvis Gullygarms skulle have 5 stjerner, skulle deres modeller bære tøjet mere ærligt på billederne, og udvalget af bukser og jakker ville skulle udvides.

I love this website it’s amazing , the delivery was fast it didn’t cost too much either . The sweatshirt I ordered was the right size and exactly how I thought it would be and they sent me emails to keep me updated which helps you know what’s going on . I would defo recommend if you into vintage clothes , or vintage designer clothes .
