Thankful for Guidepost
I truly have loved bringing our children to the campus and seeing how much they have grown this year! Our oldest has begun working with math concepts at 4 years old and has blossoming friendships! We can see the guidance from his lead guide and how she really connects with him to help him not only academically but socially too.
Our youngest is also thriving so much in Spanish immersion! We were nervous for his transition from the infant room to toddlers but both of his guides supported him so much. We also really enjoy seeing the pictures about the activities our son is engaging in the afternoons.
The school events have been a really great opportunity to connect with parents and the staff. It really brings the sense of community to our school. Leadership has been welcoming with everything from our tour to how to potty train.
Cannot recommend this campus enough!

Decline
While the school initially made a wonderful impression and has a beautiful environment, there have been some concerning changes over time. Classroom sizes have increased to their maximum capacity, and there is very frequent teacher turnover. Some lead and assistant teachers are still in the process of completing their Montessori credentials while actively teaching, which raises questions about consistency in the classroom experience.
Additionally, communication from leadership has become less transparent. Changes are often explained only as “staff changes,” without providing meaningful context about the reasons behind turnover or why classrooms are being combined. This lack of clarity makes it difficult to feel fully confident in the school’s direction.
I truly appreciated the strong leadership and positive experience at the beginning, which makes it especially disappointing to see how things have evolved. Unfortunately, it has not turned out to be the experience I had hoped for.

Staffing transitions can happen over time as educators grow in their careers or pursue new opportunities. When changes occur, we remain focused on maintaining continuity and a stable, supportive environment for children in the classroom.
All of our lead guides are either Montessori trained or actively completing accredited training, and assistant guides are hired based on experience and readiness to support the classroom. We place strong emphasis on preparation and ongoing development across our teams.
Any classroom combining referenced relates only to end-of-day operational routines to support closing procedures and supervision, and does not reflect changes to children’s core learning environment.
We also recognize the importance of clear and consistent communication with families and are continually working to strengthen this.

Excellent Montessori School
My toddler son started at Guidepost Montessori over a year ago when he was 18months and he loves going there everyday! The campus is beautiful, well kept, clean and spacious and beautifully laid out with thoughtful Montessori lessons. His teachers are kind, loving and caring. I feel comfortable leaving him in their care each day and have peace of mind knowing he is well taken care of. I see such a difference in him already with the Montessori methods they use. He is becoming a little independent toddler, loves cleaning up after himself and already knows his numbers in Spanish (he is in the Spanish Immersion program which I love about the school as well). I have visited other schools and honestly this school was the best option out of all.

So Grateful for This School
We’ve been part of Guidepost Montessori for about three years with both of my children, and we absolutely love it. From the start, we felt confident they were in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. The Montessori approach has made a noticeable difference in our kids’ independence, confidence, and love for learning.
We also appreciate the strong sense of community and clear communication from the staff. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience for our family, and we highly recommend Guidepost Montessori.

We feel incredibly grateful to Ms. Jessy and the wonderful team of guides at Guidepost Montessori Palm Beach. What makes Ms. Jessy so special is that beyond her strong Montessori experience, she genuinely cares about building meaningful connections with each of her students and their families. You can truly feel how much she loves what she does.
Both of our children had the opportunity to learn and grow in her class, and her kindness, nurturing nature, and deep care for every child truly stand out. Thanks to the thoughtful activities she and her team plan each day, our toddler daughter has made wonderful progress in her gross motor skills.

Peace of Mind Every Day
We have our son in the Nido room and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! I really appreciate all the updates they send through the app. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing when he naps, eats, and has diaper changes. Their communication is truly excellent.
My son definitely didn’t have a hard time adjusting to the school, which says a lot. You can tell the teachers genuinely care for him and take such good care of him every day. He absolutely loves them, and that means everything to us.

Love this Campus
We started at this campus in the fall and have truly enjoyed our sons' transitions. Our youngest began in the Nido room and has grown into a social, happy toddler thanks to the nurturing environment. Our oldest is in the Children's House program, and we deeply appreciate the emotional and academic support from his teachers. We're so grateful to be part of this wonderful community.
Also, we value the Spanish immersion program. The lead teachers there have supported such growth in our children's Spanish vocabulary which means a lot to our family.
