They came out within a day gave us an affair assessment of what it was gonna take to repair and replace our flooring and ceiling. They also were ready to cut a check anytime that there was supplementals added to the insurance cost by the contractor. They followed up to make sure that our needs were being met. Lonnie has always been such a great insurance adjuster who listens to what our concerns are and goes above and beyond in every area of service to us. Always willing to answer any questions we have and crate. Follow up..

I called in to place a claim and GuideOne sent a company Named Service Master to evaluate the damage and claim. Then they sent a n engineer out to inspect then denied our claim and then told Service Master to bill us for evaluating the property. I don’t understand why we should pay for someone sent out sent out from the adjuster??? Very disappointing from a company we pay a great deal of money to cover our property.

We had been with Guide One for over 12 years, but have recently decided to leave the company due to extremely poor—nearly non-existent—customer service and consistent overcharging.
For the past three months, we have received multiple invoices with varying amounts for the same coverage within the same billing period. Despite repeated requests for an itemized statement, we have yet to receive clear information about our actual monthly insurance rate.
Even after canceling our policy, Guide One has failed to respond to our requests for a loss report—documentation required to initiate coverage with a new provider. Unfortunately, while they continue to ignore our inquiries, they have no issue continuing to send invoices.

Poor communication, took way to long to get inspector out and he was dismissive to me and my roofing professional, claims roof damage is cosmetic only but cannot explain why there is water damage inside, still waiting on agent to call me about interior water damage. I’m glad you are not my home insurance company. Will be discussing this with our board about paying premiums with such poor service.

I submitted a claim and was contacted within 24 hrs. The entire process was smooth and flawless. Filed a claim and within a couple days I had a resolution and a deposit into our account for the expected amount. The amount was fair and reasonable and the entire process was painless.
