Contacted us very quickly after the claim. Everyone answered our questions of claim. All the instructions were very clear and direct. Our adjuster Kylee Felda was outstanding in handling the claim and very helpful.

We (Spiritual Israel Church)had a great experience with Kylee Felda, property adjuster with GuideOne. Kylee and the GuideOne team was professional, extremely knowledgeable. The GuideOne team (leaded by Kylee) explained everything clearly, each step of the process from filing claim to final step. Sharing with us the inspector and Roofer critical steps needed to have a complete and desire result.

Didn’t think that the deductible should be based off the value of the building. It should be based upon the cost of the repair.

I love GuideOne. I wish I could give you a 5 but I do have 2 complaints. 1) BOP quoting is not easy, it errors out on me every single time. 2) commercial@G1 is pretty slow. They have improved recently but still a slow response. Clients want answers yesterday.

Beginning with the first contact through to the final sign-off of the project was spectacular. All phone calls were filled with concern and help. All followup was handled timely and all questions and concerns were completely resolved. Our project took over 2 months to complete.

Once I notified our agent that we'd had a fire at the church, everything was immediately set in motion. The adjustors, inspectors, etc were prompt in their contact and appointments were made taking MY availability into consideration. When we obtained bids and work was completed, we immediately sent our receipts in and reimbursement soon followed. I hope we never have another fire but I learned a lot just through the professionalism I encountered of all involved. I have no complaints - Great service!!
