The wildflower bouquet for my sister was absolutely gorgeous, she was thrilled by the quality, quantity and vibrancy of colour, the best flowers she has ever received and if you knew my sister that is praise indeed!

The flowers were bought as a surprise to brighten up my 87yr old aunt's day.
They arrived well packed, no damage to the flowers and full of colour, but more than that freesias have a special meaning, so an afternoon was spent reminiscing. 8 days later they are still as fresh and the fragrance is amazing.

I love this company. My mother’s favourite flowers are freesia's. I’ve bought multiple stems and these folks are my go to place. The longevity of the flowers are brilliant. My mother has enjoyed them for over three weeks sometimes providing the parcel doesn’t get delayed with Royal Mail.

The flowers received died very quickly, and upon contacting the customer service they immediately apologised and replaced the flowers quickly. These ones lasted a good 2 weeks. I was very impressed with this company's handling of the issue.

Brilliant service and wonderful flowers. Freesias ar3 my favourite

I ordered mixed freesias to add to my wedding flowers as a special tribute to my late mum and dad who lived in Guernsey and loved them. Rob was so helpful in advising the best day for delivery to ensure the blooms were perfect for the wedding and oversaw the sending of the best stems at no extra charge (no wedding premium!!). They arrived in 30 degrees heat (July in UK!) and were still good for the big day. Obviously they didn’t last as long as usual, but that was the same as all the flowers in such heat. Their scent was gorgeous. Thank you Guernsey Flowers.

My sister's Peony bouquet only lasted 9 days. I bought 5 Peonies at a supermarket and they lasted 12 days. Not happy as far as value.

I have used this company for many years and nearly always found their flowers to be excellent. On the odd occasion when they were not, their response to complaint was always friendly and obliging. Not so on this occasion. Having received a bunch of half dead freesias mixed with buds that did not flower, I complained. The initial response was apologetic and asked for more photos, which I provided. Since then nothing. I have sent 3 or 4 more emails and used their non-functioning chatbot without even an acknowledgement. I can only assume that there has been a change of management or policy or both and customer satisfaction is now missing from their mission statement.
Update:8/7/2026 GF finally got back to me and offered a free bunch of freesias that I declined in favour of a full refund which they have now issued, albeit two quid short, so I suppose they deserve the extra star that I have given them.

I have used Guernsey flowers for years, especially at
Christmas and birthday times. I have never had cause
to complain about the quality of the flowers nor the service provided.

The flowers I ordered for my wife’s celebration arrived late and in poor condition.
My Thursday morning order was confirmed for Friday delivery but the flowers were not, in fact, dispatched until Saturday. They then languished in a Post Office warehouse for two days before arriving on Tuesday afternoon.
Whilst I accept that the 24h delivery was within the 3 working days described by the website the fact that the flowers were dispatched 2 days late is very much the responsibility of Guernsey Flowers, a prompt dispatch, as promised, would have likely seen the flowers delivered by the weekend.
I have emailed Guernsey Flowers and expressed my disappointment. Sadly they have not had the courtesy to reply and acknowledge their failings.
An expensive mistake. I will not be using Guernsey Flowers again.
Update: So, the flowers were delivered on Tuesday 23rd June afternoon and today, Thursday morning, they are brown and have obviously expired. Absolute rubbish!
Update #2: Email from Guernsey Flowers received this afternoon offering a credit note or replacement bouquet, also acknowledging that the flowers were dispatched later than they should have been. This seems like an appropriate response.

Superb Quality Flowers - Delivered on Time

As always, pretty and beautifully scented

A lot of the flowers stayed in bud and never opened and they didn’t have any scent at all. I expected much better after reading other reviews. I have bought much cheaper flowers that have been better.

Sent freesias as a gift and the receiver said they were gorgeous as smelled lovely as they bloomed
