I've been using the app for over 5 years as a dog sitter and had some fantastic experiences. I continue to get regular requests due to my strong reviews over the years :). The app itself is a bit clunky, but works fine mostly.

ich bin absolut begeistert von eurem Hundesitting-Service! Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, und die Auswahl an erfahrenen Hundesittern ist beeindruckend. Mein Hund hat sich bei den Sittern stets wohlgefühlt, und ich wurde regelmäßig mit Updates versorgt. Die Professionalität, Kommunikation und Fürsorge haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Too Expensive
To be honest I found it quite expensive for not doing much. Gudog charged me 30 euros for one reservation and charged again my sitter another 30 euro. So basically we paid 60 euro just to book through their page. I didn’t have any issues and my dog is already privately insured so not really sure what those 60euros would cover!! I understand a page needs to charge some fees but I just thought it was too much.

It’s awful that you guys take such a big percentage of what we make. It would be better if we pay some kind of annual fee to be part of the app or if the percentage was less… and I don’t understand why you take that money either as once I got bitten by one of the dogs and literally got no cover from you. Is that cover for the owners? Then why we pay for that from our money and not them? Just don’t understand…. We need to put higher prices to actually make what we would and just get less costumers when we do this because its obviously higher that anywhere else…

I love Leos excitement when he is dropped off at Therese's house, he completely ignores me and runs to say hello to his friends. I can always be sure he's having a great day.
Also, booking system is very user friendly.

Generally good. Like that rates are now provided for a second dog , however if an owner books in two it only comes up as one space on my calendar so potentially could end up with too many dogs!

This is a great site to connect dog owners to dog sitters/walkers/boarders. The website is straightforward and easy to use. They handle the money and send payment after you collect your dog and they give discounts off throughout the year. I have found Gudog to be the best dog sitter site in Ireland and have chosen them now for years.
