DO NOT STORE YOUR TRAILER HERE!!!
I got my $5000 new enclosed trailer stolen!!
The person had a code to get in, They had video on it and took a day to show the police the video. Then they refused to reimburse me. They refused to let me see the video and tell me who owned the code that got them in the "Secure" facility!!! The police didn't even have the courtesy to let me know what was going on!!!
These people are protecting the criminals and treat me like its none of my business to know whats going on. Kind of like someone stole a shovel out of my garage.... No big deal!
If you have a trailer in this facility you better remove now or risk getting it stolen!!!

Heather showed empathy and was so consoling with my situation for needing the storage unit. She related to me and listened to what I had to say. I am very happy with my interaction with her and I would deal with her only if I had that choice. beautiful personality and highly professional.

Customer service was very good. She was very friendly and efficient and took care of everything for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I did have a little trouble finding the storage unit due to the placement of the number. However, the unit was nice and clean. Overall very pleased.

The process was simple and explained to me. I PIF for 13 months. The space is close to my home. So far, I haven't moved a single box into the space, but I am glad I have it.

Rich made the entire experience easy. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We have been using Guardian Storage both for our business for years and recently for personal use. We would not go anywhere else! Chris, the manager, has always been so accommodating and helpful. We have never had any problems accessing or using the facility! We would highly recommend Guardian!

I'd take these positive reviews with a grain of salt because the building of my climate-controlled unit has become infested with mine. Most, if not all, of my belongings are no longer salvageable. The only reason one leases a storage unit is for a safe space for one's things, and unfortunately, they won't be safe here. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I really like this establishment. They are great. Friendly service. Amazing. Local.I have used them several times. And what I really like about then is that I can access my belongings 24 hours a day.
