Fijne pasjeshouder! Had een probleem met de elastische band. Is snel gereageerd op mijn mail over het probleem en zijn er goed uitgekomen hoe dit gemaakt kon worden.

Goede communicatie, en een sterk product. ondanks dat dit een jong bedrijf is is alles vlot verlopen, ook naar levering toe. de wallet zelf is tot nu toe zeer stevig, nu afwachten of dit ook zo is voor langdurig gebruik. het enige dat lichtjes tegenvalt is de app om de nfc chip te programmeren.

Leuk gadget
Bestelling verliep goed, levering duurde 3-4-tal dagen, had ik sneller verwacht, maar geen probleem. Guap op zich is handig in gebruik, alleen mocht de inkeping iets groter zodat je de kaarten verder omhoog kunt duwen. Een extra rekband zou handig zijn want die lijkt me snel uitgerokken te zijn. Ik heb er 7 kaarten inzitten en 4 briefjes onder de rekker. Guap link is fijne toevoeging maar in de praktijk gebruik ik het niet.
Al bij al mooi item.

Received my wallet and need to adjust…
Received my wallet and need to adjust the strap but was unable to because the T5 screws would not rotate. T5 screws are now stripped and unable to turn. Sent a request for an exchange/ refund 3 days ago and still no response. Update 8/15/25. The company responded back to me today and resolved my issue. I will keep the wallet and give it a try and see how it works.

Slick, Minimalistic and Functional!
Initially, I was reluctant to go for it! I had already benchmarked more than 7 other products in the market... Then, when I was on the verge of making a purchase, I saw the Guap ad!
I was drawn to the minimalist and sleek design. The cherry on top was being able to use it as an NFC tag to share LinkedIn, Instagram, or other custom links, depending on the occasion.
I use seven or more personal cards, and I didn't even need to recalibrate the size.
I appreciated Thomas' personal outreach and wish him and 'the team' a good adventure forward.
