Very nice and fast service. After I made a mistake while ordering, they cancelled it, and I was able to place the correct order. The top I have now is beautiful, fits well and is of nice quality.

Great designs and the most excellent customer service :)
Guaja is my go-to brand when it comes to ethically produced, sophisticated, modern but timeless pieces that are going to accompany me for a long time to come. Great quality, great attention to detail and their designs really accentuate and celebrate the female form. I appreciate that they drop small collections with only a few very well thought-out new pieces each. Also, they always listen to feedback from their community and have adjusted some of their designs to better fit the needs of their customers. How amazing is that? :)
Unpacking the order is always an experience of its own! :) Everything is folded so neatly and packed without plastic.
Also, if you have a pear or hourglass body type: most of their trousers are high-waisted and fit nicely around the waist so you likely won't need to have them altered to your body.
Another plus: their customer service is truly the best I've come across! I had a few rather complex questions in the last few months and their responses and tips from their expert team were all I could have asked for. Always super friendly, considerate and honest. I always feel very well taken care of by them.
The only note I have: I wish going forward they would show ALL of their pieces on larger women as well. That would be awesome. Other than that, I'm more than happy and will continue to support them and build my dream wardrobe with their pieces :)

J’étais ravie de faire confiance en ces créatrices de mode, mais elles n’ont aucun sens du service client. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez Guaja.
C’est sidérant.
- Guaja a répondu au commentaire ci-dessus, mais ils se sont trompés de client. Mon nom est « Mel », pas « Daba ». Et je n’ai pas eu de problème avec UPS, mais avec le service client de Guaja.
Bref, ils sont à l’ouest.

Beautiful brand with great customer service!
Guaja has beautiful products, but most of all their customer service is fantastic. I had a minor issue with a zipper on a bag, but they were quick and eager to help resolve the problem. They sent me a replacement and I am super happy. Recommend x100!

Guaja is highly recommended
When there were difficulties with the delivery, the customer service was really good, and I felt very well taken care of in a difficult situation. This was important as the dress was supposed to be a Christmas present, which did not arrive on time. Guaja was not to blame for this, but took responsibility for the situation and worked hard to ensure that everything was resolved in the best possible way. For Norwegian customers, it is important to point out that VAT is also added to the price of the item, not just customs. The dress was perfect, and of high quality.
