Jammer van de vorige keer—het klinkt alsof het pakket wat ruw behandeld is tijdens transport, waardoor de draad op de spoelen verstrikt raakte. We doen ons best om dit soort situaties te voorkomen en werken eraan om de verpakking nog beter te beschermen. Laat het ons gerust weten als je ooit hulp nodig hebt!
The worst customer service but good filament
Hello,
We have been in dispute with GST3D for over a year due to missing spools, incorrect colors received, or issues with the spool. It is impossible to obtain any compensation, even on orders that I place again.
The worst customer service I have ever seen.
Apart from this customer service, which no longer responds when you prove them wrong, the filament is very good. I have never seen such good filament in terms of quality for the price of €7.99 per kg.
But still, the lack of customer service is very, very problematic.
I will change this review if I finally receive the compensation I am owed.

Good filament, good price, what’s bad instead it’s that 80% of the spools came with no more vacuum sealing, there’s some problems in the weak nylon bags, weak packing/shipping part of the whole thing

Do not buy from gst3d.eu. I bought 10 rolls and got pure crap. Open a case with them and mailed back and forth. The last mail they asked me to make a video of the problem and take pictures and I did. Using a babmbu labs p1s so I took time laps from the printer and photos. Then they stopped responding.. do NOT buy from this place couse when / if you get problems they will stop responding and just don’t care about your problem la. Buy sunlu or something instead. Just go to AliExpress and search for sunlu. If there’s a problem with something AliExpress will help to be the man in the middle.

Bonjour je aime pas le fait que vous avez modifié votre site avant il était possible de voir uniquement les filament par catégorie par ex pla, ou pteg etc sans pour cela que tout soit mélanger lorsque vous choisir un pack par ex 10kilo

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et vos suggestions. L’idée d’intégrer des puces RFID sur les bobines est très pertinente, tout comme celle de proposer à nouveau du filament sans bobine ni boîte — ce sont des options que nous envisageons sérieusement pour améliorer notre offre.
Concernant le site web, nous comprenons que l’ancienne navigation par catégories (PLA, PETG, etc.) était plus pratique pour certains utilisateurs. Votre remarque est précieuse, et nous allons revoir l’organisation des packs comme celui de 10 kg pour faciliter la recherche par type de filament.
