I responded to one of Greg Stevens’ posts promoting a joint venture opportunity to “turn £10k into £200k” supposedly with no upfront capital needed.

The way it was pitched made it sound like your £10k would go into a property deal or you’d be working on fully funded projects especially with phrases like “I fully fund the planning process” and “no planning capital needed.”

But after a few messages back and forth, and only after I pressed directly, it was revealed that the £10,000 is actually a fee for mentoring and webinars not an investment in any project. That detail was never disclosed in the original ad or upfront.

In other words, this isn’t a joint venture it’s a paid coaching program marketed as one. And when I previously tried to share this experience, my review was removed.

I’m not saying the mentoring itself has no value but the way it’s framed is misleading. If there’s a £10,000 fee just to access the opportunity, that should be stated clearly from the beginning.

Greg is a real expert in his field of property, showing extensive knowledge and professionalism in everything he does. He is also very approachable and friendly. Whether it’s a complex question or a quick chat, Greg is always ready to provide thoughtful, practical and invaluable advice. His willingness to go above and beyond to assist is a testament to his dedication and passion for his work.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Greg, their company has high standards. The knowledge through the strategies is vast and delivered with impeccable service. Even if they don’t do a strategy you’re interested in I would ask them for a referral for who does.
