STEER CLEAR

I paid over $2,400 for managed LinkedIn services (2 months). The founder, Karthik, didn’t show me a single message that was sent from the campaign. I honestly don’t think he even turned it on. Not only did I not get any results, but he also failed to show me any activity whatsoever.

He showed no interest in learning about the company he was working with and completely ignored the ICP I provided. Instead, he started blasting outreach to random industries. Karthik had promised me 3 to 10 meetings per week. I got zero.

It honestly felt like he just needed my money to fund something else. Eventually, he offered to "figure out" some sort of refund. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund—just something fair to reflect the lack of service, even if he had to subtract labor costs. He said he would get back to me in a few days, then completely ghosted me.

He’s extremely disorganized and clearly couldn’t care less about his clients. On our calls, he’d say things like, "This campaign is going so well," then try to get off the call before I could ask any questions. Easily the weirdest business engagement I’ve ever experienced.

Steer clear. He will burn you.

Our account manager Milos is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. The onboarding is straightforward and the platform is extremely accessible, making it so much easier to connect with the right companies you want to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending any sized business to use their services as the possibilities are genuinely endless.
