They have absolutely the best customer service that I have ever had from a company of any kind not only customer service but if you have any kind of questions about using their product they will walk you through it step by step and help you achieve your desired finish they have the best products in the industry by far i use nothing but grow strong Industries products

I love these tents!

I purchased the 4x4 and 2x2.5 gorilla lite tents and I Love them. Excellent quality and service. I’m very happy I decided to go with these tents over Any other brand.

Great Cabinet, minor issue.

So far this cabinet has exceeded my expectations. The only reason that I didn't get 5 stars is because the cabinet door isn't level requiring me to use my foot to push the corner in to engage the locking mechanism/rod at the bottom to secure the door. Plants are growing strong!

You guys are great!

and I love your products, but your shipping costs are outrageous. :( I was forced to pay $65! to ship some items from your warehouse in City of Industry, that's 2 hours from me. I forgot you have an amazon store, which sells the same items for the same prices, but free shipping.

Great experience every time

Great experience every time. I posted feedback on instagram for you. I chose Grow Strong Industries for the quality and service, I have not been let down. It might take longer than an impatient person (me) likes, but I always get treated excellently and taken care of. I will continue to be a customer, thanks Grow Stong!

The cable was 6' not 8' but it works

The cable was sent fast and was priced well, it works but it was advertised as 8' and the cable is actually 6' so I can't say I got exactly what I paid for but it is working and I don't feel like going through sending it back for another I just wish it was advertised correctly so we can make accurate measurements for placement pre purchase.
