Product is good, it needs good time to install which is understandable. Each of the foundation has 4 holes for us to put fix in to make it stable. The box only came with 1, I guess they believe it will be good enough. Not for my ASD boy as he goes strongly. So we try to email back ask for buy additional or where we can find etc. Never heard anything back

We love our growplay adventurer playground. The boys use it most days. They love climbing, monkey-bars and pretending they are circus performers. It is great imagination and physical development! And now Christmas is made easy as they will be getting new attachments.

Fantastic quality and played in every single day by our children and their friends. One star deducted for instructions which were very thorough but sometimes the sequencing meant we had to go back a stage and undo and redo parts which meant it took longer to build.

Excellent product. Children really enjoy all the different equipment on the frame. Customer service has overall been quick.

Our kids(5 and 7 years old) and their friends love it. We had to arrange our own freight because we live outside the UK but customer service was very helpful and they always responded very quickly. The climbing frame was easy to set up with written instructions and a video instruction.

Great product and great customer service. A new part was supplied by next day delivery under guarantee. Only criticism is that the large frame is very difficult to erect on an uneven lawn. The leg extenders purchased increased the height by too much. They are only useful if you have them on all 6 legs( they are sold in sets of 4) A system that allows for smaller height differences would be very helpful.

Really pleased with the monkey bar set - great for my teenage kids and great for me to workout too. Kids play on it every day. One rung did not screw in correctly but customer service promptly sent a replacement so very happy all in all.

Great piece of kit but would prefer paper instruction as had to keep rewinding the video loads of times. Also 3x different size Allen keys are annoying. One size would speed everything up. The kids love it.

The quality of the product is good. However, post delivery customer service is not great. Post installation, the monkey bar was shaking and not stable. They don’t have a customer care contact and everything needs to be discussed over email. It’s been more than 2 weeks and i still don’t have my issue fixed. Don’t recommend because for the post delivery customer service.

The website was so easy to get around and made it easy to find the perfect play set for our family. Delivery was quick and the instructions for installation were easy to follow. Very excited kids in this family! We love watching our kids play on their GrowPlay set, getting stronger and braver, and having a place to practise soccer and basketball skills.

Frame is fun for the kids but the video instructions are not easy to follow. A written guide would be a useful accompaniment. Also, one of the ground screws snapped. Customer service were awful - implied it was an issue with the ground despite all the other screws going in ok. I feel the frame is unstable and their suggestion is more me to buy more screws. I think that is unacceptable for the price of the frame.

Good communications. Excellent quality. Our 9 Grandchildren (ages 1yr to 9yrs) love the Explorer and the add ons. Great addition to our play area built for our grandchildren 6 years ago.
Couple of the extras arrived after main frame etc but able to attach easily despite some of comments read.

You can feel the quality of this. My children (6 and 8) are loving it and should continue to enjoy it for years to come. Helpful customer service too.

An incredible product that my kids absolutely love. Brilliant build quality and adaptability but the complete lack of printed/pdf instructions makes it a nightmare to assemble. You have to use a poorly made YouTube guide with no visual clues or guidance to assemble the entire frame. As there’s no breakdown or close up of which pieces to select, it’s easy to grab the wrong bits only to find you’ve got things wrong - which means a complex breakdown to rectify it.
And delivery is another issue. It says 3-4 days on the website but customer service rudely told us that is 6-10 working days despite what the website says.
So I would highly recommend the product as it’s brilliant but their customer service experience leaves a lot to be desired.

An amazing climbing frame, the children absolutely love it! There's so much to do, so many different games they can play and use their imagination. Great to see all their friends on it at the same time all playing together outside in the fresh air. Highly recommend
