Great playground can't be happier, My kids are over the moon with it there outside whenever they have a chance even when it's raining 😄

Our monkey bars turned up surprisingly quickly. I have two young boys (4 and 3) with LOTS of energy and this might be the best thing I have ever purchased. I was worried about injuries but we haven't had a single problem - we have the system set a bit lower for the boys and they just keep getting stronger and better at climbing. They now far outrank their peers in motor skills. And they are out there ALL DAY. They would stay out all night if I let them.

Amazing quality product, matched by the quality of the online instructions and customer service when I needed to contact them for help.

The kids are on their set before and after school every day, they’re mad for outside again!

Looked like a great product so we ordered the compact ninja.. Waited 8 days and still not arrived (website says 2-4 business days) so tried multiple times to contact company. Eventually was told order had been delivered to my neighbour so I should check with them, but actually they had given me an update on someone else's order. (I think my neighbour would have told me if they had received an entire climbing frame).

Finally it arrived, only for me to find two boxes missing. After more attempts at contact including having to contact the courier separately, turns out the two boxes were smashed at the warehouse and never sent, so, I assume, my order was deliberately sent whilst incomplete.

After all of this delay, it turns out they had totally sold out so No suitable replacement was available until at least January, so they suggested they would refund me upon return of the product, so I would have to wait for my money back despite it being their mistake. A collection was arranged but on the day of collection, Growplay had not completed the courier paperwork, so the courier arrived but could not collect. More of our time wasted to rearrange again, and more delays on them getting back to us, and more delays on getting a refund. Eventually the frame was collected.

However by then I had already contacted my credit card company to cancel the payment as after all of this, I had no confidence my refund would be processed in good time.

From online reviews, I could see that someone who had ordered what looked like something similar just a few days before me had already received their product within a couple of days, but we were left hanging and eventually disappointed. Frustrating.

All in, 3 weeks of hassle and inefficiency and all I have to show is wasted time, disappointed kids, a large amount of money sitting on my credit card for several weeks which I had to reclaim myself, and still no climbing frame.

Play equipment looks great and the kids absolutely love it and gave learnt so mang new tricks on it already! Assembly wasnt too bad to do following the video. Would definitely recommend for anyone with kids who love climbing and doing flips.

The website is so user friendly and the products I purchased were shipped out the very same day!
They were also really easy to assemble and my kids LOVE them. They’re outside every day after school instead of begging for the tv!

Amazing! We purchased our monkey bar set through a layby. It was easy to do and helped us make a large purchase easily. Once it was fully paid the monkey bars arrived within 5 days and we were able to set it up quickly with the easy installation video!

Our experience with Growplay was phenomenal. Their customer service was amazing and went beyond what I have experienced before in terms of responsiveness.
We were looking for an Austrralian made product with a solid warranty and we could not be more happy.
The product is excellent in both it's quality of materials and the design, which although goes together easily - is not loose and moving when used by my very active boys.
We bought the adventurer monkey bars to meet my autistic sons proprioceptive needs that are not being fully met since transitioning to high school, so needed them to be large enough and strong enough to accomodate his growth and to be cool enough to use with his friends. Since they have been up, he heads out to play as soon as he gets home and is completed timed course races with his brother like in Ninja Warrior.
I thoroughly recommend Growplay for both the excellent equipment but also for the fantastic customer service.

Easy to order, arrived quickly, easy to assemble and already hours of fun has been had

We purchased the Explorer with an added monkey bridge and boxing bag. It’s worth every cent. The kids (and the adults) love this set. The product is sturdy and safe, it’s easy to put together with visual instructions and the value for money is spot on. We do not regret ordering this set, it’s absolutely lived up to the hype and the kids are absolutely obsessed.

Super easy to order, the image online shows you what the set will look like as you add different accessories which is awesome! For what you get and the quality of the product, you can't argue with the price that's for sure. Everything turned up exactly as ordered too. All the parts are seperated in clearly marked boxes in order of assembly and the YouTube tutorial is super easy to follow. Purchased this for my very energetic 7 year old to let off some steam. The only challenge is trying to get him off his Growplay Monkey Bar set to go to school 😆

Absolutely 100% satisfied and impressed with the monkey bars we purchased. Our kids think we are "the best parents in the world because we know what kids love and what makes them happy" A direct quote from our son while he was laying in the ninja net after the first afternoon of play.
My husband put the entire set together in one (long) afternoon and has said that the quality of the equipment was impeccable and of very high quality and the packaging was of the highest standard with not a scratch or ding to be found. We ordered the new explorer so shipping took a little while (but we had emails replied to straight away when we enquired about delivery) and the instructions to build the new frame are a little off and need to be updated. With that being said my husband still managed to put it together easily enough.
We are so incredibly happy with our purchase, the kids love it and so do our neighbors kids! Best entertainment investment we have made for the kids!
