Tog väldigt lång tid! Nästan en månad för en pytte pryl. Dessutom stod det ingenstans att det kostade 85kr extra i tullavgift.

Har fortfarande inte fått min vara, en månad efter beställning. Ingen tydlig information om att den skulle skeppas från Nederländerna och innefatta en tullavgift på 85kr.

Dålig info om leveranstid innan köp och ingen möjlighet att häva köpet
Jag beställde och först på bekräftelsemailet får jag veta att det är 14-18 dagars leverans pga pandemin. Jag önskar då avbryta köpet direkt men det kan de inte göra utan lovar att skicka varan så fort de kan. 21/12-2020 får jag ett mail att min beställning är nu på väg och ett spårningsnummer. Jag har fortfarande inte fått mitt paket efter 4 veckor och det verkar ha legat på olika ställen i längre perioder enl spårningen. Jag känner mig mycket besviken på att detta har tagit till och med längre tid än de uppger i sin bekräftelse.

Varan blev betydligt dyrare än utlovat!
Beställde en tändare 4/12. Faktura på 195kr. Idag, en månad senare får jag brev från tullen att jag måste betala ytterligare 85kr för att få ut mitt paket. Storbritannien är ju inte längre med i EU. Men det är knappast mitt fel att leveransen dröjt så länge. Så glöm att köpa från dem. Lång leveranstid och dyrare än vara än du tänkt.
