I regularly take clients to London - on a West End theatre trip. I purchase many tickets thru Group Line & often speak with Ross Finbow, whom i have always found to be not only very professional but also very efficient. He actions all my requirements within a realistic timescale & nothing is too much trouble.

She is very efficient and flexible if I have to change dates due to coach booking issues etc. She is also really helpful at reminding me when reservations are nearing their due date and effective at teeing up priority requests for new shows.
