I had a Hip Replacement on May 16th performed by Mr Simon Hislop at the New Victoria hospital in Kingston, I had already had two Partial Knee Replacements there in the past. Mr Hislop was very kind and reassuring and I felt totally confident as he was very professional. The surgery went well and I was able to walk fairly soon after the Surgery with minimal pain. As I experienced before with my Knee surgery , the Nursing care was superb and all the Nurses were extremely kind and efficient resulting in me feeling totally confident and relaxed during the three days after my surgery.

Whole process was quick, efficient and very professional. On top of that my procedure was pain free and trouble free. Without visible.signs I wouldn't have known anything had been done. Superb service from all concerned. Mark was fantastic and kept me.updated throughout.

Appointments were very easy to book for my hip surgery. Mr Hislop explained the process very clearly, the operation went exactly to plan, as did the recovery. I highly recommend Simon Hislop as a Surgeon, and the practice in general.

Tim Sinnett did a great job in putting my ankle back together after a nasty accident, for which I will always be very grateful. He subsequently removed the metalware. Follow up appointments with him were always very professional, but informal and relaxed with clear and helpful explanations. Tim has a lovely bedside manner and is very caring. It has been a pleasure to be treated by him. I would highly recommend him and not hesitate to use his services again. Thank you. Sue Winter

Great Service and experience. Seamless process.

My experience with Mr Hislop has been excellent. I went to him through Bupa for a knee injury that turned out to be a ruptured ACL. Himself and the team are incredibly professional, got me in for scans early on which helped with a rapid diagnosis and treatment plan. Mr Hislop performed my surgery and has been excellent throughout.

I saw Dr Chowdhury for an ultrasound guided hip injection. The booking process was very straightforward and the team were incredibly professional on arrival, with minimal waiting time. I was a little nervous but Dr Chowdhury put me at ease immediately, with confidence and kindness. The procedure itself was completely painless and Dr Chowdhury explained exactly what was happening throughout. I have been absolutely delighted with the outcome. After four years of constant severe hip pain which limited sleep and all the activities I love, I am completely pain free! The day after the injection I flew off on a climbing holiday and was able to summit a 1880m peak with zero pain! Could not recommend Dr Chowdhury more highly as a professional and highly skilled clinician.

My consultant Tim Sinnet was brilliant at managing my ankle issue.

My experience with James White was positive from start to finish. I went to see him for an initial consultation with pain in both shoulders. I was referred for an MRI which when completed was followed by another consultation. It was recommended that I have two injections in my left shoulder and then have another follow up 8 weeks later. Apart from the pain post injection which was greater than I had anticipated everything went extremely smoothly throughout. 10/10 for great service from his medical secretary Jenna who was super helpful all the way through to the final consultation.

I'm now pain free which I'm hoping will last a lifetime!

Referral to Mr Sinnett after bad heel fracture. His advice to avoid surgery has turned out to be wise. Follow up monitoring appointments with Mr Sinnett have been reassuring and helpful. I would recommend him without hesitation. X-ray facilities and X-ray staff at 280 King's Road also very good. However, the administration services provided by Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners have been very poor and cumbersome. Desk staff not well informed and systems not efficient. On one occasion my confirmed appointment was not in their diary and they then sent me "confirmation" of the appointment for the same day, for a different time and after it had actually taken place. Definite room for improvement.

Mr Webb performed a surgical repair of my right proximal semitendinosus (hamstring). His knowledge and expertise throughout the consultancy phase was clear and he went above and beyond to ensure the operation happened within a 4 week window of the injury. I would highly recommend working with Mr Webb.

Consultant Mr Mark Webb completed an arthroscopy for my left knee.....he was extremely helpful throughout the process and my recovery from the surgery has been excellent. Very grateful for the medical care provided by Mr Webb and the team. Thank you!!

I saw Mr James White for a consultation on the 17/06/2026 about my upper arm and shoulder. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also put me at ease with a very caring manner. During the consultation, he quickly identified the likely cause of my health issue and took the time to explain everything clearly. He reassured me that, through further targeted investigations, we will be able to determine the exact cause of my upper arm problem. His professionalism, expertise, and caring attitude made me feel confident and well supported throughout the appointment. I am very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him. My first consultation with Mr Butts was very straightforward, he pointed out the problem and the pros and cons to two alternative treatments.
The operation went very well and I was discharged the same day.
