Very happy with service apart from Office not informing fitter that, as I was on an 8 to 12 timing, I needed to be away by 12 noon.

Fitter was very pleasant and kept me informed during the day of when to expect him (he had a problem with tools early in the day)

Prices good and I would use again for non urgent tyres

Had 2 new tyres fitted last night by a company called Grippy.co.uk. Good prices, easy booking in appointment as they come out to you in a time slot. They do tracking and balancing as well if you need it. Friendly and efficient fitter.I am so impressed I have ordered 4 more new tyres for one of my kids cars.

Wide choice of tyres at really good prices- half that of my local main agent garage.
Very easy to make informed choice- even down to matching tread patterns.
Fitted when it suits you by a very impressive mobile outfit which inspires confidence.
Having used them twice now, I have no reservations about recommending them highly.
I shall use them always from now on.

I looked around for a set of budget tiers for my 4 x 4, and could not get anything less than £100 each. Since money is tight now, I had to make do with a none branded make of Tyre, just like all those offered for the OTT prices at the shops.
When I saw what I wanted for £355 all in, I could not refuse.
The young man who attended for the fitting, was very pleasant, polite, and very helpful
He arrived at the time he said and withing an hour, it was all done.
It is a shame they did not list a Tyre for my classic mini, otherwise I would have made two purchases at the same time.
Well recommended service.
I will be back for more.

Good price for my two rear tyres the cheapest i found and the price included fitting etc. There was a bit of delay with the time slot (8-12) turned up at 14:15 but the fitter, Michael did call me in the morning to say that one of my tyres was sent to the wrong place and he apologize for the delay. which was ok as had the day off anyway. But michael done a good clean job, very professional and friendly. I will use grippy again and have recommended to girlfriend, family and friends.

Originally I gave this review only 2 stars. Grippy's impressive response has prompted me to change it.
Because of a problem at the arranged time, fitting was postponed to a Sunday morning. The result of this was utter confusion at Grippy and, on my part, dissatisfaction.
Firstly it seems the fitter could not find the tyres and, having nobody at his base to consult, came out instead with what he mistakenly thought would be better alternatives. Secondly, I had nobody to phone to sort out the mess. It seems that though phones are manned later on Sundays, earlyish on a Sunday is a different matter.
I chose Hankooks because of low rolling resistance and hopefully better fuel economy. I later discovered that the replacement Continentals were only average at best, however big the company name, so totally the wrong tyres for my purposes.
Not knowing that the decision to bring different tyres was the honest mistake of a very good fitter under pressure (and a total gentleman, incidentally), and not cavalier service from the company, I left what I thought was a relatively poor but fair review.
However, I was contacted within minutes by a concerned employee who apologised, told me how the mix up had occurred, and arranged for the Hankooks to be fitted instead.
Grippy perhaps need to sort out the Sunday morning manning problem which put the fitter in that awkward position leading to a mistake which later had to be undone.
So I can't honestly say the experience was perfect, but it was very well resolved.

After getting a puncture at the weekend, an inspection revealed two of my tyres were in desperate need of replacing.
A friend told me about grippy and I had a quick look at their website. It was really easy to use, and easy to find the tyres I wanted . They were able to book me in within two days, and I can have my tyres put on at home at a time which is convenient to me.

I shall update progress once I have had the tyres done.

I am very pleased with the service from ordering my tyres to having them fitted. Grippy did exactly what they said they would. Definatley will recommend them & use their services again.

Hi all,
I ordered a tyre and the driver should have arrived yesterday (Wednesday) but he was 4 hours late on his schedule.
I arranged with the office for Today to be sorted for 14 30 when the driver called me saying that he was coming at 15 00!
So we arranged for 18;00 and he called me at 17 25 to tell me that he would be arriving about 17 50 and 18 00.
At 18 15 I called to ask him where he was and he told me that was being held in the traffic and he would be on the place in 10 minutes!
After 20 minutes I called the office to inquire where the driver was and after 2 minutes the driver called me asking me why I called the office and calling me "boss".
At the end he came at 19;00.
I do not think I ll use them again.

Peter was so friendly, polite and professional. I was kept up to date with the expected time of arrival and even over the phone he came across as friendly so I was at ease before he even arrived.
He was thorough and clearly knowledgable but without being patronising in any way.
I can not recommend him highly enough - he's an asset to Grippy
Anyone wondering whether to use a service like this need not have any doubts, brilliant price, convenient, and if all the staff are like Peter then you won't be disappointed

Cheaper than your local tyre fitter and no stress. Great concept and seems like friendly competent people.
