Items finally arrived after a lengthy delay, very happy with the products (Grip Socks) although the lack of contact regarding the shipment is what let you down, if you had kept me up to date rather than me chasing the experience would have been better, all up though very happy with the products when they arrived. Thanks

I had an issue with an order - items missing from the order. Sent numerous emails and a month later I eventually got a response. A further series of over and back emails before it was finally resolved.
Products are good quality however after-service is very poor.

great quality i’ve bought 2 pairs of socks and have lasted all of the season

I purchased an item for a Christmas gift for my nephew till today I have not received it I emailed stating I did not receive my item they finally said to me its been delivered which it has not I requested a refund but have not heard anything as of yet

My 15 year old Ordered from Footgrip for the first time for his brother just before Christmas, the order was shipped but due to the postal strikes the item did not arrive. Contacted Footgrip via Email regarding this and they sent out a new pair of the Item which came within 2 days.
Footgrip dealt with this quick and efficiently and asked if we would like a refund or a new item sent out.

Ignore the 4 star review this company has.
I made an order in December which arrived 4 weeks later but incorrect! To date I have had no response and the order was wrong. I have a very upset 12 year old daughter which loves playing football. Avoid !!

I have yet to receive my order placed in December.
I have now received half of the refund.
In summary zero products and yet they are keeping £35 pounds for.........I have NO idea ?
Footgrip has not been in touch with me personally in any shape or form even though I have contacted them several times.
Appalling service from start to end.
Can't comment on the product as I still am not in receipt of them ?? 😤🤬

Promised 14 December delivery of order placed on 1st December. Did not reply to emails until January when they said they would send replacement order.

Still waiting. No package. No refund.

Customer service appalling.

These companies should not get away with this.

48 hours after posting this review received notification of refund out of the blue!!

If I could give 0 star I would I ordered 6 pairs of socks back in November to arrive in the wrong colours emailed them with a reply stating I can have a discount on the ones I received. With them being the wrong colour I thanked them and asked for a refund. Its now 21st January and with many more emails sent to them I have had zero contact back zero refund zero replacements and 2 very unset children at Christmas.
Shocking company....

Wish I had read the reviews first!!! Used this company just before Christmas no complaints at that time. However after ordering another pair which haven’t turned up and no response from the company after 3 emails (no contact number to call) I certainly won’t be using this company again!

Ordered on 14 dec, never sent, despite numerous emails no reply, supposed australian warehouse is only 45 mins away from me but nothing. Even gave them a month to get it together. Had to get a refund from paypal. Waste of time.

Ordered 15th December. I have not received footgrip socks yet. I have sent 2 emails enquiring when they may be delivered. No answer from either.
Not going to use them again.

Ordered socks and sleeves for my son on the 26th nov for Christmas, only received them today 18/01, customer service is shocking, one email sent back saying they had been sent, yet on the tracking it still had Sender preparing item, they actually only gave it to royal air on the 8th January. I had to order from another supplier to get them for Christmas. Would definitely NOT order from this site again and could have save €79

Ordered on the 26th November for my sons Christmas, Finally received an order today after having to pay customs unfortunately the order I finally received is both the wrong colours and sizes. So disappointing, poor customer service.

Just like similar customers, tried getting touch with them three or four times to no avail. So personally will not be purchasing anything from them again. Be very aware!!. noted about ten different address for same shop/warehouse ??.
