Wouldn't use this site unless your wanting to throw money away then constantly be emailed to review a site or they won't give you money back

I had no idea that I was signing up for a subscription, but they are quickly making sure I am getting my money back as soon as possible.

i did a previous review however, i dont how to retrive it.;
the person who assisted me did everything necessary to resolve the issue, over and above !

Even though I didn't authorize the transaction from this company Kenny is assisting in resolving my issue.

There was a solution. I am getting a refund they say and my subscription has been deleted as requested.

I thought I was purchasing an item, but when I received an email it looked like I signed up for a membership when that was not what I had intended to do. I had a few charges in my account and that same day I sent an email to the escalation team which Emily quickly replied and said she would credit the charges back to my account to make sure I stayed satisfied. I appreciate the customer service and the timely manner of the reply to my email.
