First time buyer (Level 2 survey)

I hired Greyline Surveyors to complete a level 2 home survey on the property I’m intending to purchase. As I am a first time buyer, I was nervous and unsure on what was required but Billy was so informative on what the options of surveys were and what is recommended for the property I was purchasing. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and was quick to adapt when timelines changed. He made such a good impression on our seller that they requested Billy to complete the survey on the property they intend to purchase. After completing the survey, he promptly issued the report which was extremely thorough and well presented. Billy also took time out to discuss the report and answer any questions I had.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service received and would recommend Greyline Surveyors to anyone requiring a survey. Billy was nothing short of amazing!

Neil & Billy what a great duo

Neil & Billy what a great duo! I met Greyline Surveyors when they did a survey on my house. They took the angst out of what can otherwise be a daunting experience.
Subsequently, Greyline completed a survey on a property I hope to purchase. They are timely and reliable with an impressive turn around time with the survey report. The report was delivered verbally & electronically - worts and all. It was written in plain English & easy to under stand. Greyline are knowledgeable,respectful, approachable and more over deliver a great service.
"After Survey" telephone support/follow up is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. On a scale of 1-10 (10=excellent) I would give Greyline a 9.9 score. My future dream property & location is nearing reality. Thank you Greyline.

Excellent Service

We recently used Greyline when buying a property and the service was great from start to finish. Billy carried out our survey and had great communication throughout.
