Greg has excellent communication skills, emailing muse to enquire that I had correctly or in my incorrectly ordered a frame to fit the print. The email exchange resulted in a partial refund which shows honesty and integrity, I thank Greg for his customer service. If you order a painting or print you will not be sorry . I had already bought one of Greg's pictures at Keswick market and decided tp look at his other work on his website. There was quite a wide range of pictures, many of which I would like to purchase but I am constrained by my available wall space. However, I ordered another which was promptly dispatched, well packaged and arrived intact.The service was efficient and timely. I will be looking to make further purchases.
