Every staff member that I have spoken with is amazing.. But, This one person Allison Parker is outstanding..She listens to everythng you have to say, , she helps in anyway that she can if you are having a problem, she is very knowledgeable. Has a pleasant voice. Never rushes you in any way. Explains everything to you where you can understand it. There are not enough words that can describes her. outstanding, amazing, wonderful, talented, speaks to you to where you understand everything and if you don't she will go over it again until you do understand, very polite and always sound so undertanding.. Allison is just great and there should be more people like her. Greenwise Debt Relief is amazing.. always making everything is alright and you are not stressing over anything. Greenwise explains everything to you and there booklet is amazing and easy to understand.. Anyone over at Greenwise can help you in anyway possible. Greenwise keeps you up to date with your account and with negotiating with the creditors. They are just great. I am glad that I found them. There terrific.

To begin the first time I call they hung up on me the second time they were supposed to call me in 10 min but never did the the 3 time I got to talk to a manager Elly Zamora and she was great and gonna get back to me on things

I found an ad a few years ago when I was in a big debt, and reached out to Greenwise and started working with them. All I can say is that, they are amazing, they helped me out to pay all my debts, with all their support throughout the way, their responses were very quick, always answering my calls and my questions, and guide me through the whole process. Worst experience ever. I had placed a call to Greenwise requesting cancelation of my account, I was still under my 30days, I had not even received my welcome call yet. This morning I was called by Mark, stating he had received my request and wanted to talk to me about my reasons behind my request. I told him I no longer required or desired to do business with with Greenwise. He started trying to strong arm me over my responses. He asked me again specifically why I didnt want to do business with Greenwise, I told him that I no longer wanted to do business with Greenwise because of information I had acquired after researching the company online, he said yea but if we can save you money why would you not let us do our job that you hired us to do. He would not give up, repeating his questions over again, I lost my temper I admit but at this point there were no reason go continue this game. I started to record the call. We went round and around for a few more mins until I told him finally that even if they were the last company on earth I would never ever do business with Greenwise. As a retired military senior citizen with PTSD. This call was upsetting all I wanted was to cancel my account and requested my initial payment returned. I was hassled, I was asked the same redundant question over and over again. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated in business. This guy Mark should be fired, if you do business with this company do all your homework before signing up. For most folks I would think you would choose a far better company where your business is appreciated and you are not harrassed if you needed to cancel. If you do cancel be prepared to defend your reasons why with some butthole name Mark. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I am going to prepare a statement to send to the VA, to warn Vets, my local better business bureau and will post my experience on all social media platforms, I turned the recorded phone call over to my attorney for possible litigation. Do yourself a favor, warn your friends and family to run from this company.
