Purchase of GBR AC wall adapters
Sam was extremely helpful with my purchase. With moving to the UK I needed to purchase UK compatible AC adapters for my charging units. Sam explained the different quality available and confirmed the correct product to purchase. They arrived promptly without issue.

I bought a used Apple Magic Keyboard…
I bought a used Apple Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad from Greentec, but both devices are almost unusable.
The trackpad shows high battery level, but when I unplug the cable the battery immediately drops to 1–2% and the Bluetooth connection stops working. It only works while connected with a cable.
The same problem happens with the keyboard – wireless connection is unstable or does not work at all.
It is clear that the batteries are degraded. These devices should not be sold without proper battery testing.
Very disappointing experience.

We did try and reach out to you with regard to this to try and resolve this issue but have sadly hearing nothing back. The items concerned have not been returned for a replacement or refund. This is a very unusual situation and we would have really liked the opportunity to resolve this for you. Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business. We could have resolved this for you if you had contacted us direct.

Excellent service from Greentec
Excellent service, and just as described.
However, Royal Mail 'tracked 48, delivered within 2-3 days' was awful. I was given a delivery date and time slot for the second day after it was posted. Nothing arrived. It was eventually delivered on day four.

Ordered a charger for an ancient Macbook
Ordered a charger for an ancient Apple Macbook and Cathy from Greentec couldn't have been more helpful. Really went out of her way to ensure I got the product delivered to me ASAP. The product worked perfectly and I opened the files I so urgently needed. DISASTER AVERTED.
Thanks so much Greentec.

Best ever customer service
I ordered an Apple mouse from Greentec. It arrived promptly and was as described. What impressed me most was the superb customer service, so often sadly lacking these days. Sam was very patient and helped me choose the correct one for my needs. Then when I forgot to apply a discount online he emailed me to say that he had applied it anyway. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.
