Thank you for getting in touch - of course we would be happy to look into this for you.
I can see that your order was shipped on the same day of ordering using our non-tracked international shipping option (other options are available).
With all our orders shipped from our UK warehouse, transit into Portugal (and via customs checks) can take between 7 and 10 working days for this service.
With today being the 10th working day we would expect your order to be out for local delivery soon, if not today.
Please be assured that your order was picked, packed and shipped from us in a timely manner and is certainly on the way to you.

I love these tees
I love these tees, I wish there were a distributer in the states. The shipping is fast enough either way. Bulk packing options or packs of 100 would be awesome too.

Love the tees, great quality and packaging the delivery time less so. Sure it said next day dispatch when ordering but took about 2 weeks to come.

We work hard to ship all of orders the same working day (before 3pm). I can see that with your order being placed on the 3rd, we were able to dispatch it the same day using our free delivery option.
This is a 2nd class service that typically takes between 2 and 4 working days and I can see that your order was delivered on the 10th which was the 5th working day after the weekend is taken into consideration.
While I appreciate that this it outside of our expectation, please be assured that we do our utmost to get all orders out in a timely manner and we do usually find Royal Mail to offer a reliable service.
We do also offer several speedier delivery options outside of our free delivery option if this was preferred.
In any case, we hope that this hasn't put you off returning to us in the future as we love that you love your tees!
