What made my experience great was getting the product in a fast manner after ordering, and that our order was in decent packaging I appreciate those things.

It arrived when they said it would and it helps with osteoarthritis so I continue to use it.

Received 1 Packed with seal broken. Informed Customer Service about problem with improper packaging. They said they would send replacement. Tried to explain about improper packaging, but did not seem concerned. Explained that I have been a 4 year customer. Hope that situation is resolved, if not I will move my business elsewhere. Did not send in box, rather plastic rapping only. The cold weather broke seal

A person called at 7:15 am to confirm my order waking me up. I said I would call back she wasn't nice. I called about 3 hours later when I asked why I was getting the call she said to confirm me address . And then said now we have. So anything else... she was rude so I asked to just cancel my order she said ok it's done and hung up on me. I don't find q need to give money to company's with horrible customers service.
