Green people are organic and not just kind to the planet, but so kind to our bodies.
I feel confident using their products as there are no harmful ingredients and skin products leave my body feeling refreshed.

I've spent a lot of money over Christmas on Green people products and I'm trying to stick with it but the anti aging 24 hour face cream doesn't moisturize enough for me. I have dry sensitive skin and it's just a bit tight and tingly. I've purchased the face scrub the acid drops and two lots of eye cream along with the cleanser. I really want these products to work even though they are expensive there are deals and discounts out there. I just wanted to stop using harsh chemicals on my skin now I've got to A certain point in life my skin is changing so any advice would be nice. Thankyou.

I have been searching for mascara for sensitive eyes and was hoping that organic mascara for sensitive eyes from this company would solved the issue. Unfortunately, the Green People company organic mascara for sensitive eyes made my eyes condition even worse, really bad reaction.
I would imagine, if the product claimed to be organic it wouldn't happened.

I have very sensitive skin prone to allergies. I have been using the scent free range for years and it is wonderful, free of all the nasties found in most products!

I´ve been a Green People customer for years _a humble one_ and recently I received an item sent in error. When I got in contact with them, they asked me to return it through the post office (where they have a prepaid service) rather than picking it up from my home (an expectation that was pointed out by me), which meant that, in addition to not having received the right item on time, I had to make the effort to go to the post office to send the wrong item back.
I think that a business company that makes its profit selling their products to its customers should not ask them for favours.

Have used green people for a number of years now, I found them after hunting for chemical free products. I’ve made numerous orders over the years, only recall two (minor) issues in all that time and both times they fixed for me so timely it was no bother at all. I always get what I ordered, very timely shipping, and customer service has always been fantastic and speedy to resolve the minor problems I had. I had a wrong item added once and they sent the right one same day I got in touch no trouble, brilliant service with excellent range of chemical free organic products, thank you.

Customer service is horrendous! So rude and in helpful. Products are over priced. You can get better for cheaper.

I spent £50 altogether on the face and body suncream as I wanted a non carcinogenic cream to use on my skin whilst on holiday. I ended up using my friends boots one. This is the worst cream I've ever used. It smells nice but does not go on easily at all. It doesn't sink into the skin well and just leaves me with white creamy lumps all over my body where it gathers. Not a fan at all and really disappointed seeing as I spent all of that money.

Being a leading ethical company I can say without any hesitancy their’s are the best products I’ve tried. I’ve been a customer for a few years. I can’t imagine my bathroom not stocking one of their products.

I’ve never had a problem with Green People’s products. In fact, when I’ve moved away from them (and tried other brands products’) I’ve had problems with my sensitive skin. Looking forward to making my next purchase soon.

I started using Green People products after being diagnosed with actinic keratosis on my face (sun damage). I tried many other products but found Green People the most effective. I love the company ethos and buying ethically is important to me (excellent reviews on Ethical Consumer). I particularly like the anti ageing Cha Vohtz range which is a little more expensive but well worth it. They have now introduced a customer reward scheme and a subscription service. Thank you Green People!

I have often used green people products as I like how they are natural. I purchased a couple of tubes of their gentle cleanser from a high street store and, after using it for the first time, I could feel my face starting to burn and it turned bright red. My face stayed like that for hours after wiping it off. I have never had a reaction like this from any other brands that I have tried such as Ren and Liz Earle.

I contacted green people to let them know and I provided the batch code on the bottle to see if they could check everything was OK with it or if I had received a product from maybe a dodgy batch. I did receive an e mail back which I was grateful for but it advised me to check with my doctor to see what the problem could be. I was then told that, as I had not purchased the product directly from them, there was nothing more that could be done.

There was no mention of the batch code or that they had checked the product was OK.

As the product had been opened I knew I could not return it to the high street shop that it was purchased from. Good customer service from Green People would be, asking me to return the product to them so that they could check it was OK or maybe providing a sample of something that they thought would be more suitable so that I knew the next product I ordered would be OK instead of wasting my money again. Anything would have been better than nothing. I am sure my doctor would be delighted with me turning up with a bottle of cleanser in these times of covid and asking why my face turned like a beetroot and burnt.......

I have received great customer service from companies such as REN and Liz Earle. No more Green People.

I like the ethos behind Green People and used to use them years ago, despite finding them overpriced, and thought they were okay. Decided to come back and give them another go more recently, and I've asked a couple of questions about some of their more expensive products via their online contact form having had allergic reactions to supposedly hypo-allergenic products in the past, and have had nothing in response. Not even an acknowledgement. I'm afraid I'm not going to take any chances with a company that ignores me, sorry.

I bought anti-ageing facial oil, hydrating firming serum and vita min fix 24-hour cream. I used to have regular break outs but since using these, they are very few and far between and not as angry as they used to be, clearing up quickly. My face feels like silk, my skin is glowing, I've had so many compliments it's unreal! It's great underneath a bit of light make-up too as i love showing off my skin now, no more covering with foundation! I sound like a green people rep but it's been the best thing I've bought in my adult life I'm so happy!!

I'm happily surprised with this company.
Black Friday usually creates a terrible experience if you have problems with deliveries and need an efficient customer service, but I had the best experience with Green People.
There was a problem with my parcel and they solved it the very same hour after contacting them, even adapting their delivery to my needs without asking them.
More companies like this one please.

I love their products and you really can see the results. I'm a particular fan of the scent-free facial moisturiser which I would highly recomend to anyone with sensitive skin but slightly oily skin. I've tried a wide range of their products and all are fantastic and while undeniably on the pricier side, it truly is worth it. Their delivery is also super quick and I've loved it in the past where you can opt in for a few samples - makes it easier to pick which lovely product to try next, and who doesn't love a little freebie!

Fantastic quality products . I have worked myself as a hairstylist in a top London salon for many years with a profound knowledge of hair types and assessing quality of various shampoos and the affects it has on the hair both immediately and long term . May I say that for myself recently I have been suffering hair loss and by chance have been using the lavender based shampoo for irritated scalp and since the start after my first use my hair has proceeded to fall out less and less , apart from the fact it leaves my hair full and very shinny, I also cant fault the quality of the conditioners they are also excellent leaving the hair soft but manageable shiny and very hydrated. Overall excellent products and first class swift delivery and customer service should you need advice choosing the appropriate type of shampoo.

Products are gentle and kind to my 61 year old Rosacea prone skin. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since using the fragrance free products over the last 6months
So glad I found Green people.

I love their products, good quality with mostly natural ingredients and without chemicals. The prices are also quite reasonable for the quality.
My preferred products are the scent-free shampoo and body wash, they are very delicate on my sensitive skin.
