My girl has epilepsy and pancreatitis…
My girl has epilepsy and pancreatitis so I've been looking for a food suitable. I only use as a topper but so far so good. I am also going to try a different recipe for my other dog as she doesn't have to have low fat. So far so good 👍

Unsure if the dietary requirements of my dog would be met by a green pantry product I contacted them by email. Brilliant response, a reply requested to contact me by phone, to which I agreed and a discussion was had as to the suitability of green pantry’s dog food. My dog loves the food and is doing well on a combination of this and another brand, dog and owner happy!

This dog food is excellent
This dog food is excellent. My dog loves the lamb variety and he’s had no issues since I changed to Green Pantry. I think it’s good value for the quality.
I particularly like the packaging and delivery is very good.

My order hasn’t arrived yet and I am really annoyed that the subscription has gone up with no warning. No email communication or anything, just straight out at direct debit as usual. Disappointing to say the least. Looking at other options.

Thank you so much for your review and support over the past four years ,we genuinely appreciate your loyalty, and we are really sorry to hear you’ve been left feeling disappointed.
Regarding the price increase, I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the rise the first for three years was unavoidable due to significant cost pressures across ingredients, manufacturing, and logistics. We did send email notifications to all subscription customers on two separate occasions ahead of the change, and both were opened, but we appreciate that emails can easily be missed, especially at busy times.
I’ve also checked on your order, and it has now been delivered. Due to the Easter bank holidays, delivery windows were slightly longer than usual, which I know doesn’t help when you’re waiting on something important.
If there’s anything you’d like us to look into or discuss, We are always here and very happy to help.

Excellent dog food and impeccable customer service
There was a problem with my delivery due to royal mail/parcel force new computer system. I contacted green pantry and they sorted everything out and my dogfood arrived the next working day. Their dog food is brilliant and their customer service is impeccable
