Unfortunately i bought Greenpan 24 cm
And i was very happy about it i bought it for 150£ or more from john lowis and i used it for first time yesterday i cocked a raw chicken (whole) but seems like the bones of the chicken scratch the surface of the pan !i just found it when i was washing the pan its unbelievable with all caution i been doing using woden spoon and put oil first but unfortunately didn’t help i wont ever buy this rubbish again it’s fake please don’t buy it it’s wasted money.

I first saw these on GBBO which makes sense, as 10 weeks of the season is well within the 12 weeks it took for the non stick coating on these to fail, despite following the care instructions to the letter. Glad I got them from Costco so I can return them without dealing with the reputedly awful customer service experience with the supplier

Don’t believe the hype. We’ve had these pans for a few years now and to begin with they worked but over the course of a couple of years the nonstick has completely disappeared, even if you cook with plenty of oil. The should be called sticky pans!! We always have to leave them to soak.
Even more frustrating is when we have contacted Greenpan for a guarantee claim which lasts supposedly for five years they have not even responded with so much as an acknowledgement.
Happy to take your money, but not happy to resolve issues it seems.
Avoid like the plague and buy stainless steel pans instead!

Bought Green Pan slow cooker February 2025 from Harts of Stur. Used a few times but then put away for summer. December 2025 got out again ready for winter and found so many bits of the coating had come off inside and around the rim. It may be a healthier coating but wow! that's if it stays on!!! I'm appalled having spent £203.94 for what I'd hoped would be my last ever slow cooker. I just can't believe it. I've tried contacting them to invoke the warranty but so far (after 2 days) no-one has contacted me. I've gone back to the store I purchased it from and they are going to try and contact Green Pan for me! Absolute shambles. I need it at Christmas.... My Green Pan wok on the other hand has been brilliant and lasted really well....consistent reliability seems to be a thing of the past...as does good customer service...no phone number for Green Pan....what's that about??? Tainted my view of them so I'm afraid they have lost me as a customer until they can get their act together..there's more companies out there now delivering non-toxic coatings so they'd better pick up their game I reckon.

At first they are gorgeous. Then they lose their stick. When you complain you get endless cleaning instructions - which only partly worked for me. then they say oh its out of warranty now [2years] ... Actually the first time I complained it was well within that time, but 'life' meant I didnt follow up. I won't buy them again.

Pans aren’t really non stick .

Almost new and when cooking a stir fry or omelette food sticks and needs to be scraped off
Livid considering the cost - I’m sure I checked reviews somewhere 1st but obviously not here as everyone is slating them

I bought the non stick greenpan set. It was no small investment. With careful handling it managed to chip and the non stick function no longer applied after a month of using. I think selling this pan as non stick when its unable to perform basic functions is a scam. Not to mention the condescending "tips" from customer service. Save your money, go elsewhere

We bought 3 pans from GreenPan as I thought aesthetically they look great and seemed to be good quality. Within 1 week the edges of all of the pots coating were chipped and now several months on they certainly no longer look new. For the price you pay you would expect to have better quality product. Would advise to look at another company/product and avoid.

Bought a complete set, lovely looking set, so pleased with it. After three uses the pan had the coating peeling off, reached out to GreenPan and they couldn't have cared less, said it was "normal". Don't buy - that beautiful set will look like cr*p in a few small uses

This is a review for the product and customer service from GreenPan (UK), but this is relevant for Burton McCall (who are the distributor behind the website) and GreenPan Belgium who are the manufacturer.
I purchased a Venice Pro Evershine set in May 2024 directly from the UK website of GreenPan UK. GreenPan is one of the few manufacturers that state that its pans are PFAs free and this was the main appeal for myself as well. The set has been since discontinued however it is still(September 2025) available to purchase from Amazon and the US website, so marketing material is still available online. Some other sites also have some information on this despite showing items out of stock. The collection is advertised as metal utensil safe and all Thermolon coated pans such as this one comes with a 2-year warranty for the coating.
After a few months of use (and without using any metal utensils and being extra careful with cleaning etc as the pans were used for baby food preparation) the coating started chipping in some places. In late August 2025, I put an enquiry through the website I had bought the pans from. I received a response from an email address from Burton McCall customer services who in June 2024 took over full distribution of GreenPan UK.
After sending the receipts and photos of the issue, I initially received generic information on chipping, on how to prevent it and on how the coating adheres to the surface. When I replied, clarifying and stating that I would like to claim under the warranty, my claim was accepted and I was told which collection the replacements would be from, as the Venice collection had been discontinued. Because there were not equivalent sizes, I suggested 2 pans from one collection and one from another. They confirmed that they had ordered the pans (from one collection) and “that they would be with me in 2-3 working days”. After exchanges of multiple emails stemming from the fact that one of pans was not a like-for-like replacement, Burton McCall went back on their decision to replace the pans. The reason was the material of the “body” of the pans (explanation follows). I have included below direct quotes from the correspondence.
It became clear that Burton McCall did not know what the material of the body was for the pans I own. It turns out the reason they would replace the pans was because they “were under the impression that this collection was made with Aluminium”, that “The coating doesn't just chip on it's (sic) own. It is very tough.” And “Chipping is seen as wear and tear but we are instructed to replace if the pans are made of aluminium under the coating as there is a slight possibility that food could come into contact with the aluminium. Stainless Steel, on the other hand, is perfectly food safe.“

Some of the online material (which they had seen from the early days in our correspondence but appears they did not examine) stated stainless steel as the manufacturing material although there was conflicting information also therein.
After me pressing on finding out what the material was, they claimed to have confirmed with GreenPan Belgium that it was stainless steel and my claim was essentially rejected. Here is what they confirmed
“They (i.e GreenPan Belgium) know that these pans can chip at any time but only as a result of mis-use, ie. inappropriate storage of the pans or the wrong utensils used. Your pans are perfectly safe to use. The damage you have shown in your images is extremely slight. They should have years of use ahead of them.”
Knowing that I had not used the “wrong utensils” or stored inappropriately, and in fact reading the recent Trustpilot reviews, it all leaves me thinking that these products are not fit for purpose, and the company is not willing to back up their claims with the warranty or be clear with consumers with a multitude of information that you can only find out repeatedly questioning customer services or forensically investigating online information.
Overall, I have had an extremely disappointing experience with both the product and the customer service. The product claims are not valid, the warranty is worthless and the customer service falls short. What’s more, there are cases where it would be unsafe to consume food from some of the ranges from GreenPan when chipping is present, which is ironic because one of GreenPan’s selling points is that there are no nasties leaching into our food message. What a shame for a company that appears to be doing the right thing – all in theory.
I should say for completeness that I was offered a 20% discount to use to purchase new pans, which needless to say, I will not be using.

overpriced rubbish. never used oil, always use Ghee and the 'non stick' coating is just not non stick. waste of money and will never buy again. trash

Spent almost £100 on a 2 pan set, which felt like a bargain, but the non-stick coating has failed after just 3 months, despite me doing everything right, and it's impossible to even fry an egg without it becoming a sticky mess. Wish I'd come here before I wasted my money.

Pretty to look at and pretty useless to cool with.
I have had a few green pans and the non stick coating is a lie. Non stick is just that, you should be able to gently fry an egg and slide it out. Whatever I cook needs to be scraped out, even when I cook rice I'm a pot, I spend 5 minutes scrubbing after a long soak.

I bought a set from greenpan for almost £300, specifically drawn by the two year warranty. Within a few months the non-stick coating and supposedly 'scratch resistant' surface started deteriorating. I have been been chasing up customer services for MONTHS to no avail.

Edit: Added more stars because the Director of Consumer Services (Karen) responded to me and sorted everything out.

I bought a Venice frying pan from Greenpan for the princely sum of £51 in 2022. After about a year the non-stick coating was deteriorating. By 2024 it was getting quite difficult to clean and we had had enough.

I then spent some weeks trying to get a response from Greenpan and eventually wrote to them by Royal Mail “Signed for” delivery at their registered address as per the Companies House website:

The Cookware Company UK & Ireland Limited, Unit 1h Grovemere House, Lancaster Way Business Park, Ely, CB6 3NW.

Greenpan and The Cookware Company are one and the same as far as I can tell.

A week later I received an email response. Ten days after that and after a few chase-up emails I received a brand new pan.

Greenpan use a UK domain URL but don’t advertise any non-digital means of contact on their website (in other words a postal address and phone number). This is a massive red flag and I will never again buy from a website which fails to provide such basic information unless I have used them previously.

I have passed on this information to Citizens Advice Bureau. They are referring the case to Trading Standards. I have also written to Trustpilot asking them to correct the address that they have for Greenpan on their website.

I have got my parcel, one the pans is damaged. I sent an email, a message from Instagram, wrote on their website but nothing! Terrible costumer service!!!

It has been nearly a month, still no response to emails.

I'm awaiting to hear from customer service after 21 days and nudging on all email addresses I could find every few days. So far, I have received no reply from neither addresses (can't paste here) but they are: customer care on green-pan domain nor info on cookware domain. Make of that what you wish...

Horrendous company and service - do not buy anything or waste your money & time.
