Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Manchester Airport (MAN), based at 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG. The branch provides vehicles to travellers arriving at or departing from the airport's terminals. On arrival, call the branch to arrange shuttle pickup, then wait for the recorded information before you are connected to the driver to request collection. From Terminal 1, wait at bus stop E; from Terminal 2, use bus stop H; and from Terminal 3, wait at bus stop C. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Disappointing experience with Green Motion Manchester Airport – £567 damage charge
Do not rent from this car rental company!!
I rented a vehicle from Green Motion Manchester Airport and returned it to their branch.
Green Motion subsequently alleged damage to the front bumper and charged me £567. However, their inspection was not recorded until almost 45 hours after the vehicle was returned, despite the branch operating seven days a week.
I also have photographs taken at drop-off in which the conspicuous scuffing shown in Green Motion's later photograph is not identifiable.
My actual journey was approximately 150 miles, yet Green Motion's paperwork records 879 miles. I have requested an explanation for this significant discrepancy, but none was communicated!
I have formally disputed the charge and requested the inspection, vehicle movement and mileage records, but all my correspondences have been ignored to date.
My concern is that I have been charged for damage without satisfactory evidence establishing that it occurred while the vehicle was in my possession.
I would not advise anyone to rent from this rental company.

We understand that you dispute the £567 bumper charge and have asked for an explanation of the inspection timing, vehicle movement and mileage figures. Those records need to be compared with your drop-off photographs before we can comment on the charge. Very disappointing experience with Green Motion Manchester Airport.
We were charged £686 for alleged damage that we deny causing. The car was supplied completely dirty car inside and out, that had no petrol ,washer bottle empt in a poorly dark lit underground car park, making it impossible to see existing scratches . No damage was brought to our attention during the return inspection. The damage section was blank when the return document was signed, but a scratch was subsequently recorded after they had washed to car .
I personally delivered our dispute letter to the office and also emailed it. A man who identified himself as the manager’s brother apologised and promised immediate contact from the manager. We have received no response whatsoever, and attempts to reach someone by telephone have been unsuccessful.
Payment was subsequently taken despite our dispute. We have now disputed the charge with HSBC and escalated the complaint to UK head office.
We expect a formal response and a fair investigation

Messy pick up and drop off
Messy pick up and drop off - could not find the office. Also much confusion at drop off - no one knew where to drop the keys. Went to the office - told to go back to the car. Went to the car - told to go back to the office.
Also - why wait 12 months before asking for a review???
But the car was ok.

There is no proper contact number to reach out with an office person deals customer service. Also doesn't have the option to pay the PCN by the customers itself after returning the vehicle.
