Unlike most other Insurers, our staff are comprised of vehicle enthusiasts, who are also Insurance professionals and we rate upon factors that most Underwriters do not even consider. In our experience, owners of vehicles that people aspire to own do demonstrate a care in their vehicle beyond that of the normal run around or A-to-B vehicle and our premiums are gauged to reflect this.

Once they've got your money goodluck

Green light keep getting my review removed!! Who knows how many other reviews they've managed to get rid of??
Once they've got your money, that's it. You'll be treated with disrespect and argumentative behaviour if you want to change or cancel your policy at the renewal, I made the mistake of making a payment for my policy then requesting a change. After being told of the increase in premium I requested to cancel at my renewal, but because I've paid they're taking £95 pound out of my full payment to them. Then Charlie became argumentative and extremely rude. They won't help me with my claim that's completed but still marked as outstanding, I need to spend days being pushed from pillar to post to give up, absolute shambles. Avoid this company. Bad service and business morals.
Charged me a cancellation fee even though they won't insure my new vehicle.

Been using Greenlight Insurance for a few years with various cars.

Great knowledge of policy and professional services every time I speak to a member greenlight staff.

Will has helped me out over the years sorting my insurance Renewal out.
Top bloke.

Every year always given a competitive quote.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service,
I spoke with Will about my information and he had a good brief conversation with me about the car I own, made it feel very welcoming. Sorted it all out with a incredible quote (for me it was a good quote), gave me all the info I needed to know about the insurance company an the excess' etc. All round amazing.

Been insured with Greenlight on my Mk1…

Been insured with Greenlight on my Mk1 Golf GTi and my Mini Cooper S for over 5 yrs now. Just Renewed again for another year.
Very Happy with the cover especially the fact that adding modifications is free as long as the power doesnt increase a great deal.

Always first class service I’ve think…

Always first class service I’ve think I’ve been with Greenlight may be 15 years or more.
One of the very first few insurance companies to look after people who do not class their car as an “A to B” more like a pride and joy
thanks for that also very reasonable quotes

Great customer service

After struggling to find car insurance for my modified vehicle and experiencing rude customer service elsewhere, I was recommended greenlight, I spoke to Adam who was very helpful and I received excellent customer service, highly recommend

My policey end in 5 days and still not…

My policey end in 5 days and still not received a renewal quote,

I have been with greenlight for almost 4 years and i have had no issues unitl now.

i have rang multiply times this week and seem to get fobbed off with we are waiting on my quote.

This is good when you are trying to organise something i legal have to have.

Bad experience...

Phoned for a quote and was told a one time quote for the cheapest price - however this was only available once and felt pressured to accept it. Ended up going elsewhere for a cheaper quote - cancellation fee of £100 rubbing salt in the wound. Only redeeming factor is that they responded quickly but I won't get my refund for another month.
