This was a very big investment for me. It’s fair to say I was hesitant and nervous but the team engaged positively, answering all of my numerous queries and being very transparent in terms of specification. The build went very smoothly and there was clear flexibility when it came to queries while it progressed and these were answered and addressed promptly. Any snags were resolved quickly. Whilst not a major issue in the slightest I did note that the specification was for an armoured network cable to be installed but upon inspection, a standard cat5 cable had been used, routed in the main through some plastic trunking. However, I had a constructive and open discussion about this with the team. I decided not to have the cable replaced. Whilst the provisioned cable was at a different price point, through our conversation I elected not to progress on an invoice revision as my overall experience had been a positive one. However, that the cable provided was not as expected is the only reason I rate at 4 stars rather than 5.

From start to finish, dealing with Green Leaf was very easy. Customer service was very good, both by phone and email, and quality of my building was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Dealing with greenleaf was easy , all questions answered no problem, I even had a look around their premises, I wanted to be sure who I was Dealing with, in a matter of 2 or 3 weeks it was being fitted , an all round professional job done by proper tradesmen , its a great quality brilliant addition to my garden, I couldn't be more pleased with it , thankyou to everyone involved.

Dan and the team have done a fantastic job. From initial consultation to job completion. A 4m x 4m extension, fully plastered, electrics, bi-fold doors and skylights, all in 7 days. Professional throughout and great problem solving meant we had exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend the team at Green Leaf enough! From our initial discussions with Katie to getting the plan written up and then getting the work done in 2 days! Dan was very precise and kept to the schedule, although they quoted us until the end of the week but they completed the foundations and build with 2 days!!! The finish is far better than what we expected and we look forward to doing the next part! Thank you Dan, Katie and the whole team!!!

I highly recommend Dan and his team. I had a garden office built that attached to the side of my house and from start to finish they were amazing.
I had a single door on the front and French doors at the back opening onto the garden. The build also included insulation, electrics, heating and plastering.
I’ve wanted something like this for ages and finally been able to have it done. I explained what I wanted and they certainly delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Recently purchased a garden room and the service from start to finish was faultless. A home visit was quickly arranged to talk through our requirements, Dan the owner was great and quickly provided a very competitive quote, I agreed the price and booked for the work to be done.
The team were friendly and professional and delivered everything I wanted and more, the quality of work is excellent.
I was so happy with the work that had been carried out I booked for them to come back and do some decking for me.

From Shane visiting us to discuss ideas to Ashley in the office promptly answering all of our (many many many) questions to Dan, Shaun and all the guys installing the Garden Building - every aspect was exceptional and highly professional. I am blown away by how I was treated as a customer. Everything was clearly explained to us including the internal dimensions (important as we are a tall family!!), the electrics and the finish to ensure that we were completely happy. The standard of workmanship is flawless and excellent and they were meticulous, tidy, and so very friendly. They left my garden immaculate with no signs of works!!

I had a large Garden Building (12m x 2.5m) and they built it in a week!! On the first day of the build it snowed so I was expecting a call from them to cancel but they turned up on time and worked through the bad weather every day. The work ethic of everyone who worked on our building is highly commendable. I had to delay the build by a few days but they pulled out all the stops to complete it within the original timescale and without cutting corners!! Throughout the process, I felt that making the customer happy meant more to these guys than anything else. They went over and beyond and because of the standard of workmanship, I feel that the investment in a Garden Building is worth every penny. We obtained many quotes and were nervous when deciding who to go with but we definitely 100% made the right decision going with Green Leaf. Thank you to the whole team!!!!

Went over and beyond in building a new Sauna, Shed and Gazebo.

We have recently had our second build by Green Leaf having had a garden room and shed installed by them earlier this year. We were so impressed by them that we decided to use them to build a second Shed, Bespoke Sauna and Gazebo.

Once again Green Leaf exceeded our expectations and did a fantastic build and at a great price. We have always wanted a sauna but were never impressed by the ready-to-install versions so we asked Green Leaf if they could do it and they did it beautifully. The large gazebo now gives us a fabulous seating/hot tub area where we can enjoy our garden come rain or shine.

Dan being the perfectionist he is thought of everything and the attention to detail is fantastic. In fact all the guys who worked on this building went over and beyond and were super friendly and hard working.

Thank you to all the Green Leaf team for taking pride in their work (a rarity nowadays) and for putting the customer first. We could not have asked for more and are truly grateful.

My experience was two installers working on a Sunday in the pouring rain and cold.
Superb in every way.

Well what can I say.... The team were absolutely perfect. They kept me in contact through all stages of the build, including contacting the subcontractors for plastering and electricals.

The only they they were unable to do was get my ethernet ran through the attic to the garden office, but they did run it until the last point before a ladder was required!

Dan and team did such a great job. The frame was up in one day as they were able to cut the SIPs in the yard. They managed to get me bifold doors at a discount, which helped with finances too.

Great leeway where needed and EXCELLENT budget consciousness from the team. They built exactly what I wanted, for exactly as much as I was willing to pay

Dan and the team helped make a rear garden extension for me after finding them on social media.

From start to finish every step was clear for me and they accommodated for any changes or issues found during the build.

The team were friendly and professional and offered solutions to issues in a prompt manner, their receptionist Ashely was genuine and friendly and kept me up to date with what I would need to pay and clear with everything.

The end result could not of been better and I now finally have a space I can call home.

Still so happy I found Green Leaf! I love my summerhouse, I had a canopy area to the side for my hot tub….it’s just perfect! Exactly what I wanted and more, the craftsmanship is second to none. Thanks again! I have already recommended them to my neighbours and friends

We had our second summerhouse installed back in September last year, we are absolutely chuffed with it! We’ve had no issues whatsoever with green leaf they were amazing from start to finish helped with all our questions, the team are hardworking, friendly and great at what they do! I have recommended these guys to many friends and family members and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

this company should hang their heads in shame!! a garden room that’s nothing more than a leaking shed. cracked timber holes in timber. joists not fitted correctly. doors gaping and dropped, windows not secured correctly. your team left screws all over the garden one child cut her foot open. concerned raised and evidenced 2 days after installation and here we are 7 months later nothing but blatant lies on your part with no resolution what so ever. this building has been inspected twice by surveyors and they are absolutely disgusted at the state of this garden room. you took them money then did nothing. it was reported to the office. you have pictures and emails regarding all the faults and still you deny any issues. you have been told to take the rotten thing back because it’s not fit for purpose. i couldn’t of known that it would leak like a sieve until october when the rain has just poured threw as when it was installed it was summer and you well know there was no rain. but you know this don’t you ashley? the owen of this company. black mould all over timber not treated which there would be no point it’s poor beyond poor. you knew what this was to be used for all along. as for covid and my baby with heart disease you never came into the home i have cctv showing you went down the side of the house and never came into contact with the baby, you have lied stating wouldn’t allow you back because of covid it’s a lie because wouldn’t of been near the baby would you? regarding fraudulent claim no what you have done is nothing more than fraudulent. £4620 for the shed!! and over £2000 spent on electrical work instillation flooring the list goes on that’s of no use purely because you have sold a shed. i have sheds that don’t leak been up years. you should be shamed of yourself you really should. no doubt you will have this feedback removed just like you have done on your social media. but this is a true reflection on you as a company. i have hundreds of pictures and videos just how severe this is and have no issues sharing them. very clever blocking negative reviews though because that’s why it looks like you are decent when in fact your far from it. this isn’t going to just go away. i will not just go away i know who i will be contacting next should you continue to deny and do nothing about this.

The people in the office were really helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. If I had any technical questions like how they cure the wood or if they supply membrane for anti mold and frost they had the answer. The guys that came to install the shed were great too. Polite, funny and grafted. Honestly can’t fault it.

I designed a bespoke shed to meet my requirements. The plans were drawn up for my review prior to confirmation. The installation team did a great job and the shed is really well made. Thanks Greenleaf.
