Reliable, dependable, trust worthy....

Today I called to inform you that someone had stolen my garbage can and spoke with Miquel who was very pleasant and accommodating. I expressed that I needed a new container and would like to keep my garbage behind a gate so no one takes the new one or the old one and he said it shouldn't be a problem but would check and call me back. Well, he called back with the good news of a new garbage can and approval of the new location. I went from a bad start to my day to relief in 1hour. Thank you for being accommodating.
