People,Dont waste time selling your cell used or new online to places like this one.Use ebayyy or other trusted sorces.You get more money and confidence.So you pay the fee,but it is there ,money,with no worries and guaranteed.You send them phone and they will try to renegotiate sell price once again.Tgey always do and will offer even with no scratches on the cell 100+dollars less or they send it back in a month.lol.so a lots of people eat it and do it since they have waited already for half a month to get f....ed. by companies like this.What ever they quote.If you do,do it fast /to get paid.Dont wait.Just take 100dollars off every 400dollars offer and that would be the price.So if they offer you originally 100,(example100-25dollars=75),Is all you get.400-100=300dollars -realistic to get back from them, etc.You got it.Only one thing want to recomend.If your phone is old,gift it,donate it.Claim as donations on taxes.Same as donations of an old car.Use trusted sources you control like ebayyy etc.So, you control the price.Not a corner, they get you in, and you under pressure just give up your cash value just to finish it.Good luck guys.Stay safe online.

This customer checked out on our website and never sent in a product to sell. I'm not sure why we are receiving a 1 star review for a transaction that was never completed. We never revised the price or communicated with this customer at all. They simply checked out, did not send in a product, and then left a negative review.

We checked the customer's tracking number and this specific customer never even shipped the product to us. I'm not sure why we are getting a review for not paying when you never shipped the product. Please ship your product and we'll be glad to pay you when we receive it.

Customer checked out for to sell several high-end iPhones and sent in a box of broken flip phones. We reached out and stated we do not purchase them. Customer demanded a receipt for nonprofit (church) write-off purposes. We do not provide that service. We shipped the phones back free of charge and then he left this review.. Sorry you cannot send in any random item and demand receipts for write offs.. We only purchase what is listed on our website.

My phone still had a balance...
Turns out my phone that I was attempting to sell still had a balance on it. Greenbuyback notified me and they were kind enough to simply "hold it" for me until I can work out the problem with AT&T. Sure appreciate that kind of personal attention.
