Hesitant at first but it is legit

I was very hesitant as i've never heard of this company before. I bit the bullet and put my information in to sell my Fitbit Ionic. It was all very seamless and straightforward. Received my check within a couple days and it cleared my account. I only wished I sold it to them before they dropped the price of it!

The transaction for my iPhone and Apple Watch started well. Communication was excellent. On 3/27 I received a confirming email that payment had been made. I had asked to be paid by check. As of today, 4/12, I have not received a check. What is worse, I am not getting any kind of response to an email nor to a comment I left on their site’s “contact us” page. AND the telephone number is unanswered and doesn’t offer the means to leave a message. I am starting to think I have been scammed!

UPDATE: within 30 minutes of posting this one star review I had an email from the company. They explained they were on vacation and that a check had been issued to me and to please adjust my review. The email also contained a screenshot of a bank check having been issued. I have not received the check yet. Will update this review as soon as I receive it. The email was very courteous and professional so I am changing my one start to three stars in the belief that The company is trying to make things right.

FINAL UPDATE: We finally resolved the issue and I have received my payment. The company worked with me every step along the way to figure out how to solve the problem. They were very responsive and helpful and I would deal with them again.

Everything was very easy. They email you with contact info if you have any questions. And the money came very quickly. I also like that im sending my old electronics to a good company and the little bit of cash is just a bonus!!
