Always quality, wines I couldn’t find elsewhere at a great price. They dispatched my order promptly and properly packaged without plastic in a stout box which was delivered quickly and intact.

Established in 2003, Great Wines Direct is a family run independent wine merchant. Our outstanding selection of wines from across the world are independently graded and reviewed by the world's top wine critics - so you know exactly what you're getting and have the knowledge to confidently explore new grape varieties and appreciate new wines. For all of our wines, we strive to provide the most affordable rates available on the internet and in wine shops. We do not believe in intentionally raising our pricing in order to appear to give significant discounts. Our wines are not readily available in wine shops and supermarkets, only in quality restaurants, hotels and bars

I waited all morning for the delivery…
I waited all morning for the delivery and then later found the driver claimed I was not at home.
Totally untrue. Sat by the window waiting at the time he claimed to be there
I understand they will deliver again tomorrow. Will believe it when it happens

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent delivery. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait all morning and be informed that the driver claimed you were not home.
Could you please provide us with your order number so that we can investigate this matter further? This will enable us to look into the situation with the courier firm and ensure that it does not happen again.
We also appreciate your understanding during the Christmas period, as delivery drivers face a significant increase in the number of deliveries they need to complete. Nevertheless, we strive to provide the best service possible, and your feedback helps us improve.
We hope your delivery arrives as expected tomorrow, and we will do our utmost to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Exactly as promised
Product was not easily available from any other seller. Delivery quick and exactly as promised. Downside is there is a lot of packaging which totally protects the wine but does result in me having to drive 10 miles to the recycling centre and as there is so much it won't fit in my electric car so need to take the diesel one, so that pretty much negates the environmental packaging benefit.
