Absolutely top notch product

Absolutely top notch product! Condition exactly as described, and clearly an authentic shirt. A few extra added things in the package (at no extra cost!) was a lovely bonus too! Would highly recommend

I never received my order which has…

I never received my order which has been given to a third …
I just saw your answer, my direction is correct there is no issue on my side. The only thing I notice is that I pay for an item I didn’t receive. That’s why I request the refund of my order. I can’t pay for nothing.

Hi,
We can see that you are in email contact with us about the delay of your item delivery.
The delivery company have tried to deliver your item twice but weren’t able to as no one was at the address.
We are trying to contact them for more information as we explained via email.
Once the cut off point for delivery has passed, we can raise a dispute with the courier and gather more information.
We can see your first order with us arrived promptly and the second would have if it wasn’t for the failed delivery attempts.
We will continue to chase this up and try and resolve the issue asap.

As we have said in our emails we will chase this up and when we can open a case with the delivery company. As we also said if the item is lost or returned to us as it cannot be delivered we will of course refund you fully.
We just have to wait until we no more details.

I found this amazing website about a…

I found this amazing website about a year ago and I must say that I never got disappointed, since I've bought some kits.
Sometimes, there is a mistake regarding the tracking number (once it showed me a different destination), but the support is there for you in a no time. All in all a great service, great selection of kits with little extras like old magazines and football cards, great support when it really matters and last but not least: fair prices.

Football shirts received are genuine and as described on the Greatest Kits website. Reasonable shipping costs and delivery time. I only started buying football shirts from Greatest Kits this year and have encountered no issues thus far. In summary, I highly recommend Greatest Kits to football shirt collectors worldwide.
