Fantastic scooter! It arrived mostly assembled, only requiring the battery installation and attachment of the seat and armrests. The ride is quite smooth and so far, no issues have arisen. The silver shade looks nice. I haven't tested the weight yet by disassembling it to fit in the car trunk, but it's simple to take apart and reassemble. Delivery was impressively fast, arriving the next day.

VERY HELPFUL ON PHONE PROMISED A SPEEDY DELIVERY GOOD AS THERE WORD DELIVERED NEXT DAY. DELIVERY MAN WAS SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL HIS DEMONSTRATION WAS SO GOOD I HAD GREAT CONFIDENCE IN MYSELF TO USE THIS SCOOTER IT IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TO MY OLD ONE I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH

What a great company had a problem with my Mobility scooter where the tire on the rear was slightly warped and out of shape. which caused punctures so I gave great British. Mobility a ring and explained what was happening and straight away they said they’d send me a new tire and tube that’s what I call Service phone this company very helpful when purchasing the scooter and very helpful when something goes wrong great company that I would recommend to anybody

Bought a new Mobility scooter ordered it online on Sunday and it turned up Tuesday dinnertime nice and easy delivery. Man was very helpful. I would recommend this company to anybody a great Service.

Found this company on the Internet whilst looking for a Kymco Agility mobility scooter . Very very competitive prices. Phoned up, spoke to Scott who was very helpful and patient, scooter delivered a couple of days later, absolutely no problems. I have spoken to Scott since delivery and again was was very helpful with instructions for my scooter. There are 3 delivery options which are useful and you can choose the one suitable for your abilities. Love my new scooter, thank you 😊.

Ordered a Gogo Elite Traveller Plus pavement scooter on Thursday last. The promised delivery was within four days but it arrived the next day, superb service. Ian was more than helpful when the scooter was ordered, I knew what I wanted as I bought the same model back in 2016 and despite me being a big chap it has lasted well so I wanted the same again.
Took it out for its maiden voyage this morning and once again I have to say what a superb little scooter it is, it breaks down easily and fits nicely into the boot of my car.

just 5mnths after my scooter purchase it went in for repair due to issues. The initial phone call was answered by a chap who sounded like he had better things to do then deal with customers who were calling as their item wasn`t working properly. I obviously didn`t read the website, as it does state on there allow 5 working days for a call to arrange repair, so when i called back 3 days later saying i`d heard nothing, I was met by the same guy who was just as `unfriendly` as he was in the first call. Scooter collected, was told allow 7 days. 8 days later I`d heard nothing, so I called, this time a smashing chap said yes there was a fault and they were waiting for my new batteries. COMMENT: have a better attitude when you have a customer ring. And, an email or phone call informing me i`ve got wait for battery to be delivered would of been nice, it`s not up to me to be chasing you to find out whats happening. I`ve read since I brought it, their customer after service is a bit lacking.

We spent ages looking into mobility scooters, and back in February we chose this company. So glad we did, we purchased the white glove delivery -excellent professional service, and booked in to suit a time for us.
We have spoke with this company several times and they could not do enough for us, (sorry I can’t remember names, but both female and male staff)
We recently we had a puncture, and they were willing to come all the way from Lancashire to Leamington spa, to help us, but I managed to find a local company in Kenilworth who came to our assistance (who were also FAB)
I have no concerns with this company and have recommended to family and friends

Trust me dont go past these guys for a top class friendly service. Just had my colt executive delivered today fully assembled fully charged up and ready to go. All I had to do was sign and I was away. They were that good I'm ordering accesories from them. Scott the guy I ordered my scooter with kept me informed all the way and the delivery guy was awesome. Thanks guys.

Great scooter. Came nearly complete only had to put the battery in and put chair and arms in. Pretty smooth ride, no problems so far. Nice silver colour not tried weight yet once apart to put in car boot but it is very easy to take apart and put back together quick next day delivery

I ordered a Sterling S700 scooter online first of all for dad. I needed to check on delivery and emailed for information. Scott was fantastic keeping me up to date and emailing relevant form/certificate of newness so I could register this with DVLA. The scooter was delivered as advised. It was a nice surprise, we expected to have to assemble it, as we asked for pallet delivery, it was all assembled and ready to go.

A couple of days later, Mum decided she wanted her own scooter to be able to keep up with dad. They both can't walk very far but mum is a lot more mobile than dad. However she can't walk at 2mph the lowest speed of the scooter!

I called Scott to order another one for Mum. He was fantastic. The scooter arrived the very next day which was faster than expected and a lovely surprise for them!

I have already recommended Great British Mobility to work colleagues and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else!

The Sterling S700 is sturdy and very controllable. The size of the tyres allows for travel on gravel pathways. We chose this model for the ground clearance and because it is self balancing, so less likely to topple.

We ordered a gogo lightweight scooter from this company and paid via paypal online. The delivery was fast and the item was in perfect, unused, condition. A slight glitch online was soon fixed by this company and we would recommend buying from here. No fuss-just honest trading. Good stuff all round - so ***** five stars.

I purchased a 4mph pavement scooter as my old 1 cut out on me on a busy road . So without thinking I ordered the scoiter based on weight capacity as I'm a larger lady delivery was excellent 2 days to be precise however after using the scooter for a short journey I realised it was not suitable for my needs grand child walked quicker I rang the company on sat 29th March and was asked to ring back Mon 31st I spoke to a really nice gent didn't catch his name and he couldn't really help as been used I suffer with anxiety and depression however my daughter rang back and spoke to same guy who understood my situation we then spoke to Ian who I must emphasise was amazing they have agreed to take scooter back it cost 1299 for me to replace with a 8mph scooter costing 1665 and knocked a 1000 pound of the 8mph 1 im extremely grateful to them as it was My mistake in a panic buy as I cannot get about independently without my wheels as I call them so honest review I would definitely recommend this company to all who seek any mobility needs from ordering to receiving to sorting my mistake out top service thankyou again .

I purchased a scooter for my dad who is 79 and having dialysis. Upon looking on there website, I was very impressed with the products and the amount of detail regarding any of the products.

I went ahead and purchased the scooter with no problem whatsoever. The scooter arrived when detailed in the email confirmation. I can confirm that the scooter arrived safely and well packaged.
As mentioned in the product description the scooter was very easy to assemble and it is very easy to use the controls.

Overall I cannot fault the quality of the scooter or the price or the ordering process. I will definitely be using this service again if my dad needs anything else.

I ordered a mobility scooter. It was delivered when they said it would be by 2 pleasant guys, one of which showed me the controls etc and left it in a suitable place as requested.
I’ve had no cause to contact them (up to now) for any after sales care, but so far I’m satisfied!

The experience was great and so easy from start to finish.Getting this scooter was such a life saver I now have alot more options eg I don't have to get the car out for a trip to local shops now I can pop on my scooter and go. This was also a great help to Getting from the hospital car park to the ward my husband was on for 4 weeks without the help of great British mobile I would not have been able to visit my critical ill husband .

I was impressed by the website description and the price. I ordered a Sterling Sapphire 2. It arrived well boxed on its own pallet. Included was a comprehensive User Manual. So I set off about a month ago on my new scooter, and I have no regrets at all, especially if you compare my price with a local mobility retailer whose price is nearly double, for a comparable machine.
