Dough balls arrived really well packaged however we were missing instructions on how to use which affected our experience as we were new to dough balls so took a bit of navigation to understand what to do to get the best out of the product

While we have a comprehensive help guide on our website, we’ve actually started printing user guide info directly onto the packets to make sure the essentials are always right there in front of you. It sounds like you might have received some of our previous packaging or we simply missed the mark on making those steps clear enough for a first-timer.

Home baked GF Pizza - Enjoyed!!!
A really good set of dough and accessories for making home pizza's. Nice tomato sauce. I'm coeliac so getting the GF items is tricky as they go out of stock very quickly (which I guess is a good thing!). Still first successful home produce GF pizza has been tried and enjoyed. Could do with a GF starter box option being available but I worked around it.

Excellent products and service
Saw the advert on Facebook, checked website and ordered starter pack/box. Arrived in good time.
We tried to cook pizzas last night and products are excellent. We are finding it tricky to get a crispy base.
Customer Service is excellent and 100% responsive even replying to emails over the weekend. They have given us tips and advice, so we’ll try again with more pizza cooking tonight. Very impressed with this company, products and service . Thank you 🙏

I bought a large number of gluten free…
I bought a large number of gluten free pizza dough bundles - 25 I believe - as I followed a link from social media promoting that they were gluten celiac approved ( I am not celiac myself ) . At check out I was encouraged to add on several items including two tubes to help with the pizza making process . I wrongly assumed that they were gluten free - it was my son who noticed when he went to make a pizza . I find this problematic and disappointing . I flagged this and have not had a refund, not even as a good will gesture . Why would I want wheat /gluten alongside an expensive order of inky gluten free dough?

We take great pride in our premium Gluten-Free range and ensuring it's safe for those who need it. When it comes to add-ons like our flour or dusts, we try to make it clear what each product contains, but we understand that mistakes can happen during the checkout process.
While we always encourage customers to double-check their basket to ensure the products meet their specific dietary requirements, we appreciate that it’s frustrating to end up with something you can't use. If you aren't coeliac yourself, the good news is that the dough will still perform brilliantly with those additions, but we hear your point about wanting a totally gluten-free setup.

A Gluten-free Game Changer
I'm lost for words. For over two years I have been trying to find a gluten free base that was anywhere close to the stone baked pizzas I loved before I had to go GF. I have found some that are passable, and a couple that I could even say were good. That's until I bought these balls for our new pizza oven.
Genuinely can't believe it. The dough raised up at the crust, I actually had leopard spotting on the dough and the texture and taste were exactly what I remembered. Nearly brought me to tears 😂 There is usually a chemically taste to GF bases, even if it's only subtle. These balls have none of that. It also annoyed me a little bit because now I know it's possible, why are restaurants so bad at GF pizza bases?
Anyway, the GF balls are out of stock at the moment, but I would happily have these on subscription forever. If I could give 6 stars I would. I do have a photo but doesn't look like I can upload here.
Safe to say GBOF have a customer for life here though 🙌🏼
