We received two pizza dusting flour as a free gift, however the main part of the order was for gluten free pizza dough so this product is not very appropriate or useful. Those who are not gluten free hopefully will enjoy it, just not us who are gluten free.

Box damaged in transit, so this free gift burst and coated the inside of the box with the powder. As it was delivered on a hot day the cool blocks started to melt resulting in a slushy goo all over the inside of the box and instructions

Odpowiedź od Great Balls Of Flour
A free gift is a free gift, and the vast majority of our customers really appreciate it!
That "bit of semolina and flour" is actually our carefully blended pizza dust, specifically designed to help you open and stretch your dough balls without them sticking to the side or your pizza peel. It’s a crucial bit of kit for making a proper pizza, so we like to look after our customers by throwing it in for free.
We hope it comes in handy when you fire up the oven!
Best regards,
Team GBOF
