The guys that installed the system were great. Polite, helpful, courteous. They also did a very tidy installation..great guys…very happy with the job.
Thanks to the scaffolding guys as well…very thoughtful about how and where it went up in a difficult position..

Exceptional in every way! From the time Tom came to explain to us everything to the time that the installation was completed, Andrew and his team have been exceptional. They are easy to deal with, very approachable, extremely professional in all aspects. The guys that came to do the installation were all very professional, hard working and completed the job in the allocated time. I have had very good support with the app, and small issues that arose after the installation.

We had our Solar Energy System fitted six weeks ago.
Very impressed with Andy who visited us in person twice beforehand. He arranged for remedial roof repairs which were carried out on the same day as the installation and was all completed in 5 hours. All the guys were very efficient, with attention to detail. Switch on was instant and loving the app.
Leighton in the office has been very good trying to sort out a glitch with setting up to export energy.

In the competitive world of Solar Systems, I contacted GRC Solar to find out more about Solar Energy and was impressed with their friendly advice.
An initial visit was arranged with Tom and together he came up with a proposal that was discussed more in detail on his second visit; during this visit he carried out a site survey in the event that I placed an order.
Having confirmed my acceptance of his quotation the GRC team seamlessly produced an order of works that involved the administrative team, technical department, the scaffold team and finally the fitters and in this instance Dan who led a team of three to carry out the installation.
If you are contemplating going into Solar Energy, then give GRC Solar the opportunity to quote, you will not be disappointed.

Solar installation has been installed now for 4 weeks and is working well from the start with a good exlpanation about the system from Ian to the quick installation of the system by the crew all working in one day, the follow up with Ian for customer support was excellent as I am waiting for the electric company to change Tariff as my system is uploading to the Grid.

We have had our solar installation a little over 2 weeks ago and are absolutely delighted with it. It has been a very smooth process throughout starting from the initial visit to survey the property and deciding on the required system to the installation and commissioning. We had some issues with initial scaffolding company but this was quickly sorted out by Ian and the scaffolding was erected on the bank holiday.
The team installing the panels and the batteries and inverter was very professional and everything went smoothly on the day. Ian was extremely helpful in getting all the required paperwork done and I am awaiting the response from my energy company regarding export of surplus power.
I would thoroughly recommend GRC Solar for solar system installation.

We have been living with our GRC Solar system now for 6 weeks. We are absolutely delighted with the installation and the results todate. From the initial visit, right through to the final commissioning all has been excellent. The scaffolders arrived as planned, the system was installed and switched on two days later. All installation crew including the scaffolders were very polite, tidy and professional. The work was completed as planned, with good explanation of the process throughout. Customer follow up from the office too has also been excellent.
I can thoroughly reccommend.

I had quotes and interactions with few solar companies. I chose GRC for following reasons. Andy explained how it works , assessed my needs better than representatives from other companies.When I told him that I wanted make the system future proof , he came up with ideas to maximise the productivity and offered a very competitive price. Installation was very smooth and so far I am very impressed with the energy generation.
Leighton was very helpful with my post installation queries and adjusting the set up . I think I will be able to make more savings by making minor adjustments in the set up with Leighton’s help.
I am still waiting for my paper work which is essential to get paid for the electricity which my system is uploading to the grid. This delay is a minor glitch in an otherwise great service I received so far

Why has this company got an automated telephone system with a prerecorded female voice asking if you want solar panels that comes from a Northern Ireland number ?????? I got fed up with constant calls over a few days so instead of saying “no” decided to let them call me back and answered “yes”. Got a call back within 2 to 3 hours and this time a real human being. Asked which company he was representing and he quoted GRC from Runcorn.

No good blocking them as they just call again from a different number.
Have a look at “Who called me” and enter the number that you were called from.
If I did want solar panels, I don’t think I would sit at home 24/7 awaiting someone to call me.
As a PS ….. the “human call” came from GRC’s office number.

From Introduction, site survey, proposal through to supply & fully installed we are greatly impressed.
The installation team were excellent in absolutely every respect.
In addition we feel extremely confident that GRC Solar will support us in everyway as we progress to optimise the installed 28 Panel Solar PV System

Andrew and his team were consummate professionals. Came on time did a clean and good job. He is easy to get hold of and after sales service so far is good.

Everything about this company is good. I was wary about venturing in to the world of solar, but every question I had was answered, the prices were competitive and the details and benefits were transparent.
Installation day ran smoothly and the after care, sorting out export to my electricity provider and extended warranties, second to none. I would have no hesitation recommending GRC Solar based on my experience.

Were a business and had to source a Solar Company for over 40 panels for our double roofed offices.
We had three quotes and face to face meetings.
GRC solar quoted the job and was in the ball park but what was heads and shoulders above all others was their personal approach to things. We fully checked them out from both legal and safety perspectives and quite honestly they have been fantastic. All went to plan and minimum disturbance for our 50 office based staff. Work was on time, to plan and budget. Trustworthy and down to earth ethic is what we liked and most definitely we would recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

Being widowed 6 moths ago this decision was the first I have made for myself. Andy the salesperson came and explained how it worked ,did the survey and explained about the trees shade and efficiencies of not linking the panels etc. shows me the pictures of the survey. And the app. I was so impressed decided then to go ahead. They were fitted 10 days later by 3 very efficient and professional young men in 3 hrs . The app is fascinating. Elliott on the office advised me of how to export it to the grid and set up the application by phone and WhatsApp. Documents received very impressive

i had 10 panels installed by GRC, everyone was neat an tidy, i requested for my paperwork to be posted an it was on time , installers were on time coming an going, Elliott came to set up export so I can export my surplus energy.

Our solar panels were installed yesterday and already fuelling the needs of the house and charging the battery, despite it being an overcast day. Service from everyone from GRC has been excellent form the first calls with Tom to the help from Elliot in the office and Joe and the installers yesterday. We had our Solar Panels fitted six months ago. Very efficient service, took less than a day - and repaired a few tiles whilst they were up there!
The systems has worked faultlessly since then. Today they set up the feed-in payments - again very smooth and efficient.
