My experience with Graysons Solicitors was extremely concerning.

Serious allegations were advanced against me in circumstances where I had no meaningful opportunity to respond properly, and where I believe there was a lack of reliable supporting evidence at the time. The process felt overwhelming, procedurally difficult to navigate, and deeply unfair.

The impact on my life was significant. I experienced severe stress, disruption to my health and family, and financial consequences as a direct result of the way the matter was handled.

In my view, the approach taken lacked proportionality and sensitivity given the seriousness of the issues involved. I would strongly urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they fully understand the implications of any action taken in these circumstances.

We’ve just completed on our house purchase with Graysons, and I wanted to leave a proper thank you because they genuinely made a stressful process feel steady and well handled.

From the outset, everything was clear and well explained. We always knew where we stood, what was happening next, and what was needed from us. That sounds basic, but it makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with something as important as buying a home.

Laura was excellent throughout. Calm, professional, and quietly on top of everything. She kept things moving without ever making us feel rushed, and when things needed explaining, she did it in a way that actually made sense rather than hiding behind jargon.

Emily was also brilliant. Responsive, organised, and always helpful when we needed an update or had a question. It felt like there was always someone keeping an eye on things behind the scenes.

What stood out most was that we never felt like “just another file.” Communication was consistent, and they struck the right balance between being efficient and being approachable.

Completion day itself was smooth, and everything happened exactly as it should, which is ultimately what you want.

If you’re looking for a solicitor who is reliable, clear, and genuinely good to deal with, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graysons.

Our conveyancer was very nice when we managed to get hold of her. We were told there was an app, this never worked for us.
Several times we asked for a call back and she would call our estate agent and not us. Throughout the course of the transaction we received her out of office several times with no alternative person picking up her work.
We were also given contracts via email less than 48 hours before completion requesting that we print and return to their offices in paper form. We work full time. Our time is valuable too. This was very last minute and could have been more proactive and prepared earlier in the transaction.
We were told that we were exchanging on the Friday. This didn’t happen which is fine but as usual- no communication to tell us that it didn’t happen. This meant we had to pay our removal guy to sit in the vehicle for 2 hours.
I would not recommend Graysons to another person. I would advise to go elsewhere.

Great app that shows you precisely where you are and what needs doing next, so you always know where you are in the process of buying and selling your property. Emails are usually answered immediately, but if not definitely within the working day, however this is obviously there preferred contact, so telephone conversations arent encouraged. Everything was done efficiently, I would recommend.

Laura was really helpful and ensured that everything moved at a good pace. Laura was very helpful with our questions and walked us through the whole process, start to finish. We had no concerns throughout our house purchase.
