The follow-up email with the expected shipping date and transit time was well appreciated. Even better would be if the website had stock availability listed. But at least the website was upfront about saying to call to confirm stock availability.

The design specialist Mora was outstanding. She followed through very quickly and she conveyed exactly what she said she would do. I’m still waiting for more information but I have confidence in her follow through. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, and very responsible in terms of follow through

I was having a few issues with order where some items were back ordered but I need it now since I had nothing to use at my new place. This was my very first time making a purchase from Grayson Living. I'm currently renovating my home and I was worried that I would have to roam around in multiple stores to find everything I need for all of the rooms. But I was able to use Grayson Living as our one stop shop. Their quality products and amazing customer service saved me a lot of hassle! Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

There was an item I wanted, but the shipping was too high for the price of the item. I was offered a compromise shipping rate and was happy with the resolution.
